6.5 or maybe 7 samosas were solid. Mushroom tartlets were standout and would recommend getting. Tuna sashimi wasn’t especially good but not bad. Arancini was standout. Salmon fillet was great. Ravioli special was very good. Strawberry sumac dessert was solid but a little sweet

This place has good food but the service and overall attitude of staff can be better. They need to learn to schedule better to avoid double booking important events and in case it does happen, learn to resolve the problem professionally. Not so attentive at all. Waiters are just speeding past without asking if people want something or whether all is going okay.

What a gem in Nairobi. We were a group of 6 who came to the restaurant for dinner. The service was excellent and the food even greater! I would definitely return when I am back in Nairobi. We started with the goats cheese samosas, the had the Chinese Chili beef, Duck, Steak, the Beef Cheacks special and ended with ice cream and a baked pudding. Every single dish was tasty and generous. Alfonso was also an excellent waiter.

Talisman main character is consistency! I have been here plenty of times & I have loved it slightly more each time! The food is absolutely delicious and I can rave about my go-to order each time; Feta Corriander Samosas - a fan favourite, loved by many Tofu Bao Bun - As a vegetarian, this dish consistently stuns me! The way the tofu is done is perfect! Lemongrass tea - try it! Please Service as usual is excellent and timely! Would recommend making reservations to get the good dining areas. As for birthdays, ask for table 35.

If you're looking for a dining experience like no other, Talisman Restaurant is your go-to spot. Nestled in the lush greenery of Karen, this place us a delightful blend of elegance and charm. The ambience was amazing I even thought of moving in 😂. The menu is a a culinary adventure from different cultures. The staff made us feel at home as we dined. If you're around Karen I highly recommend you to check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Was surprised to see how packed the restaurant was on a random Thursday afternoon. A very nice hangout spot that can accommodate everyone , from business customers to families with small kids. Service was great, food good, but not amazing. Tried a few of the favorites like the feta cheese samosas and lamb skewers. The later were bland and came somewhat uncooked, despite being on a hot plate. Desert options were great and perfectly portioned.
