The most efficient lunch pickup joint I’ve come across. Unfortunately the quality of the food is like an overpriced McDonald. I tried the caramelized garlic steak. I got sold on the advertised picture of the steak, juicy and slices, but the actual steak was chop steak, dry and sooooo over seasoned. The rest of the bowl was also over seasoned, wet and mushy … not worth the price especially when other lunch places like Springbone Chicken, Le Pain Quotidient have much better quality for similar prices. I ended got a sandwich from Le Pain Quotident for lunch speed sake.

Sweet green is always a solid option for a quick and healthy lunch. I got their Shroomami bowl which was quite tasty! Service was efficient and very kind. I do think prices are a bit high, but ingredients seem fresh and of good quality!

ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?! I ordered Uber eats on Feb10 around 4.30pm. And this is what iʻve got for $31.92!!!! To the owner… watch out your employees, this is unacceptable!!! Very disappointed!!

Such a good location, the staff were also very helpful, and the food was delicious and fresh. Love sweet green but those prices are just too high.

The lady helping me was friendly and helpful, but the guy who rang me up was a bit rude and dismissive. I ordered a Kale Caesar salad and the Maple glazed Brussels and Sweet Potatoes side and was served burnt caramelized onions and overcooked sweet potatoes. Are the brussels in the room with us? I thought it was shriveled mushrooms at first. This should not be served to customers. Sweetgreen used to be my favorite, but the quality seems to go down every time I come here. I used to always get the curried cauliflower salad and the Buffalo chicken salad, neither of which appears to be on the menu anymore.

While there were missing ingredients, she quickly took my order and show the bill in a very rude manner. There was nothing I asked about, and other things were either scarce or not in good shape. They made an excuse that it was late, but there were three hours before closing time. Paying 18 dollars for nothing made me very uncomfortable, a salad restaurant that I normally love. I NEVER COME AGAIN

Nice healthy salad if you want it! I hD the shrimami with spicy cashew dressing. The kale is overwhelming. Next time I will ask for half kale / half Lettuce. The Tofu is delicious. The dressing is actually spicy in a perfect kind of way. The restaurant is spacious and airy and gives off clean vibes.

Sweetgreen is like chipotle but focuses more on salads. You can get rice, meat, and other vegetables as well. I tried the caramelized garlic steak and it was decent. Nothing on the dish was bad but nothing stood out. The spicy broccoli was something new to me and i think my favorite part of the dish was the sweet potatoes paired with the steak. I would come here again if I want a quick salad.

2 stars for the service 3 for the atmosphere 5 for the food 3 for the price The atmosphere is horrendous, looks like a bathroom. The service is non existent. But the food is decent. Would have gone to dos Toro's instead though.

Sweetgreen is a fast casual salad bowl chain, and the 1740 Broadway location is the best one I've been to. If you're new to sweetgreen, start with the pre-set bowls like the harvest or the fish taco (which are my favorites). As you move down the counter, you get to add toppings to your custom bowl or check in for the level of dressing you want, if you want it mixed, etc. The 1740 Broadway location has the best portions, filling the bowl to the top. Ingredients are fresh and crisp, staff are super super friendly here, and the line moves fast. However, this is not a cheap lunch. After tax, my fish taco bowl topped $17.

Meh, I stopped in here while staying nearby for business. This was my second choice but thought I'd stop in. It's a Chipotle style salad place that has slightly louder music than makes sense. I had to repeat my order, the kind employee needed more info as well. I got a create my own grain bowl with Buffalo cauliflower side. I dressed my grain bowl like I wanted. It seemed small when delivered. Added the Buffalo cauliflower to my order. It's the same cauliflower available on the assembly line. It's soggy, not really worth it. I like the idea but it's just awkward trying to communicate through the background noise and music. I suppose if that's the goal they nailed it. Just not sure I'd return.

This was my first time at sweet greens I thought everything was tasty it was very easy to order and they allow you to substitute things out of the pre-made bowls. It didn't enjoy the bread I kind of wish it was served warm but other than that it was delicious I love the dressing that came with my salad. I'm really upset but I can't remember what it was called I want to say it was the harvest bowl and I substitute the regular chicken for blackened chicken

Had the Harvest Bowl. It had multiple flavors throughout the bowl. The goat cheese gave it a creamy flavor. The chicken was tasty and apples crispy. They added chopped almonds that gave it a crunch. The dressing was light. I had them mix it. Staff friendly and efficient. Great place for a healthy meal

I FOUND A HAIR IN MY SALAD! ordered the to go guaca salad via mobile app and picked up yesterday at around 3:45. And I found a hair that's sticking to the bowl. I'm pretty sure it's not my hair. Never go back to this location! It's so disgusting and I want to puke.

Very rude staff. If they are working for tips the best tip I could give them is to stop being arrogant to your customers.

The service is not friendly and gives you an attitude for ordering food. I'm a fan of the food. However, I will never go back to this location.

A staple for lunch when I'm in the office. Sometimes my pickup salads have been inconsistent with the dressing (one time they forgot to add dressing and the other was too little dressing for "medium level" which I always get, hence the one star knock-off. However, when I come in and order, I usually get what I expect. The lines are usually long but they go fairly quickly as the salad makers seem trained pretty well. I noticed that they changed their lids from plastic to compostable and also did away with mixing in a separate bowl than the takeaway bowl itself -- probably adding to their sustainability/waste initiatives. Overall, love this brand and their salads!

Delicious and healthy bowls, served in a super clean resto with helpful staff. First time going to Sweetgreen and got the Miso Bowl w Salmon instead of Chicken and my partner got the Market Bowl. Thought it was yummy - only quip is the salmon seemed a lot smaller than the stock pics but may have been a one-off. Will try again!

So, I'm on a diet and in NYC. Trying to figure out where I can get my "lean and green" meal. My daughter recommended to go here. After circling a few blocks and trying to avoid French fries (shake shack) and beat the rain I went to Sweetgreen. I'm not one to go beyond my comfort zone so I just got a chicken Caesar salad. Not kale. Just chopped romaine and no tomatoes. It was really good! Nice amount of chicken. The lettuce was super fresh and crisp. The Parmesan crisps were crunchy and tasty (I am used to airport prepackaged salads with soft stale croutons). It was perfect! Thanks for a good dinner that was perfect for my diet.

The Sweet potatoes with a spicy cashew pesto dressing is a must!!! Though today I opted for my new usual - Fish Taco with the pesto, hot sauce and cashew dressing. I was greeted by Tyrik, who to my surprise was wearing a 'Black Lives Matter' tee shirt. I was blown away!! When he told me it was apart of his uniform, i asked, "where can I sign up"??? Seeing brands such as sweetgreen acknowledging movements like BLM warms my heart. It means they're a brand that represents equality, equity and ME. I'll be sure to continue to support sg because of their uniform and alliance choices. Awesome job!!!!

I liked it. It's a great place to eat healthy. I wanted a salad to stay on diet. Sweetgreen checked that box.

Just visited the new(ish) Sweetgreen location in HK and it did not disappoint. It's spacious and clean (just opened in July) and the staff were all very friendly. Quality is pretty consistent across stores I've found and the same can be said about this location. I pretty much always get the shroomami bowl and it was as good as it always is. There are some new seasonal items that seem cool (also rosemary focaccia?!?!) so will have to try on my next visit. I live close by so I'm super excited that this store is open!! For those in the area it's a great grab and go for a Central Park picnic!

This location gives the most consistent portion size as well as making the salad taste really well-mixed. I ordered the Green Goddess with a sub of tomatoes instead of lentils and with chili powder and was so fire.

Purchase a harvest bowl on Monday and had stomach issues all day. Something is off with the handling of the food here.

I can see why everyone loves sweet green. I got the guacamole greens salad and it tasted so fresh and the flavors really popped. The combo of the vinaigrette with lime squeeze really made the flavors of the veggies pop.

This was my first time ever ordering from this salad bar . I wasn't completely satisfied. I ordered for delivery . My salad came with things I did not order , like rice and corn . It was supposed to have avocado and there wasn't any in my salad . It didn't look appealing to me and it didn't have a great taste so I tossed it . I'm guessing because it was close to closing time , I got the scraps . Nonetheless I wasn't pleased

Horrendous; I have ordered a few salads from here and don't get anything with spinach or sweet potato. Each time that I have ordered a salad with either, there has been sand and grit with each bite. They definitely do not wash their veggies well and the proof was in the "crunch" of sand that was in each bite. I ended up throwing the salads out on both occasions because I just couldn't stomach eating dirt/sand. Avoid greens here.

Businesses are closing in Midtown left and right, but Sweetgreen has made it clear they aren't slowing down any time soon. One of their newest locations, 1740 Broadway, is close to Columbus Circle, which, despite current events, remains a heavily trafficked area. I stopped by during the first few weeks of the store's opening, and was immediately struck by the layout. The space isn't large by any means, and its arrangement is cognizant of this limitation, as the line leading to the counter allocates enough room to comfortably maintain one's distance from others. When I was there, they didn't allow more than four people in the restaurant at once (not sure if that's changed since then), but it's reassuring to know that customers won't be crowded together inside when they start increasing the store's maximum capacity. Admittedly, I'm not a frequent Sweetgreen customer, and when I am in the mood for a salad, I typically customize my own. This time, however, the seasonal miso eggplant rice bowl caught my eye. Atop a base of warm wild rice and baby spinach was a nutritious blend of shredded cabbage, spicy broccoli and sunflower seeds, roasted eggplant and peppers, basil leaves, and sesame tofu. The roasted vegetables were cooked well, slightly charred and packed with flavor. If this bowl didn't have a limited run, I might have made it a recurring order. My only criticism is that the portion sizes are noticeably smaller here, although it's possible that Sweetgreen is scaling back universally.

Excellent healthy food choices while staying in NYC. I found this place around the corner from the Park Central Hotel. This is the perfect place to eat, if your a healthy eater or a vegan. They have plenty of organic veggies to make your salad with and they also have protein to add. I ate the Green Goddess salad on both visits. It was excellent. I added blackened chicken to it for $3 extra. I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend that you try this place if you have one near you.

This is one of my fav sweetgreen locations in city. The staff knows what they are doing and are fast and decent with portions. Love the indoor and outdoor seating it's a great neighborhood to eat outside and enjoy the summer weather. Seemed sanitary and the line goes quick which I appreciate. Will be back.

I can't review the food here because I wasn't able to buy anything. When I arrived, there were only 2 people online ahead of me, so I assumed it would not take long for me to order. However, 12 minutes later and only 1 of these people had been served with no one looking to serve the next customer. The only person consistently filling orders was entirely devoted to a stack of online orders, and while I saw at least 3 other people working in the restaurant, none of them were taking in-person orders. As I did not have 24 more minutes to wait to order my own food, I left and went into the nearby Chipotle, where I was in and out within 5 minutes. If sweetgreen cannot handle both online orders and in-person orders, they should not make in-person ordering an option.

Can't hear a thing in here. They blast their music music so loud. Always a billion people waiting for salads. Not efficient

I just learned today that there's no way for them to adjust the pricing if you get a premium ingredient. So if you build a custom bowl and get 3 toppings and 1 premium, you lose out on the 4th topping and get charged in pull for the premium. Super odd. Seems like an easy calculation that can set to just add things up. THIS IS NOT CLEAR. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE. I think what I'm most frustrated about is that they don't bother to tell you...

Great healthy food bowls. Great staff. They make each order fresh. Delicious. They don't accept tips so be NICE to the server!!

I was in line and the employee wouldn't attend to me or even look at me but attend someone next to me then asked for me to go around them to place my order even though I was clearly there first. I even told them I was here first but they didn't even look at me. I will not be going back to sweet green due to the lack of acknowledgment rude service. The tables were very dirty and the entire time I was eating my salad the employee was giving me ugly looks. this was my first time going to this location.

Great salad, really really bad customer service. Is there ever even a manager in this place ? There is so much attitude from the workers, Everyone seems generally Miserable. Really unfortunate because that energy is going into the $16 salads which then we are putting into our bodies.

Spacious, clean. I always preorder for pick up and it's always been ready on time. There's also a few tables for seating outside.

two times I picked up salads from sweetgreen at 1740 Broadway. The lettuce had so much sanded it. I had to throw the salads away. Very disappointed in the quality control at this location.

Fresh salad and tasty dressings. I was pleased with the menu. A solid salad spot in the City when trying to eat clean.

The salads are good enough, but the service for people waiting in the regular line is terrible. It seems like there are a dozen people milling behind the counter doing nothing while the line just keeps growing. Do better sweetgreen.

Each of the staffs here is SO helpful and friendly!! For that reason this is my favorite Sweetgreen location ever!! 5 stars!! Welcome to my neighborhood :-)
