Came in on smash say to pick up some goodies for a beach day and the team was awesome! Even though I used the kiosk, which was super easy to use, the team was incredibly nice. Especially Leslie, who displayed a great deal of hospitality and was incredibly welcoming!

Everyone who works here are incredibly kind!! I have been coming here since they first opened, and never had a bad experience. This weekend we had a little confusion with mixed up receipts and when I came to resolve it, Sheri and Michael were incredibly kind and diligent in solving the issue! Michael was able to figure out the issue and resolve it quickly. It’s clear that they really care about their customers. Thank you so much again Sheri and Michael for your support and kindness today and everyday!!

First time coming in, wasn’t very educated on the products, but Hannah was so helpful. Made my time in there so much fun! She showed me all the variants of products and their uses, they work great. Helped me feel a lot less stressed, Definitely will be coming back!

Great location and selection available, and the store was bright, clean, uncluttered and seemed very organized. I’ll be back when I’m that area of town again.

From when I walked in I was made to feel very welcomed. I was greeted As I would greet someone. Which is very refreshing and the staff knew a lot and they didnt make me wait. They checked in with everyone. Checkout took a second but hey whats the rush. They had a great selection and prices are market matched. If it is on the way I will stop by.

THE BEST DISPENSARY IN CULVER CITY. I love this place. They almost always have what I need in stock and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Shari has helped me many times. The vibe is really modern and open, with some cool plants too, aside from the ones you come there to buy :-) Highly recommend checking them out!

Slow process. POS seems to store card numbers/pictures. Just seems like a lot. You have to find the gem spots Prices are high in my opinion. Signage is small and varies in sizes.

Updating since my first online order experience was awful but this may have been an off day because I haven't had any pick up issues since then. Lines move fast and the employees are always friendly.

I rarely write reviews but this is my absolute favorite dispensary on the west side. Jeremy is THE BEST. His recommendations and energy are always a 10/10. Everyone in here is always extremely friendly and helpful!

Fun to discover a new location. I was shopping for some VET CBD for my pups and some other nearby locations were out of stock. This store seems to be a little smaller, but still has a variety of everything you could need or want to take the edge off. Picked up a few things for myself as well. I love that they have so many options for cannabis beverages. I like the Wunder the best. Sweet Flower always has some sort of deal going on, so plan your visit wisely to take advantage of sales to help balance out all those extra taxes. Helpful staff and while they offer valet parking, it wasn't available when in went. I was lucky to score a meter. This is in a permit parking neighborhood so mind the signs.

Love this store! I'm so grateful for the wonderful environment and employees. The only thing that would make it better is Substance brand prerolls. I've seen Sweet Flower carry the brand in downtown LA and was super disappointed that I couldn't find it in my neighborhood. I believe I'm getting great quality with what's available, but Substance has the ethics and quality that makes me feel comfortable and SAFE. Plus the convenience of a 12 pack. Really wish this was available locally!

Very beautiful store. I mean it's in Culver City so it's gotta be pretty. It's well lit. The budtenders are attractive and they seem to have a wide variety. There is just one, small problem...they are Hella expensive and taxes are high. I'm also not sure all the budtenders are well versed in the weed and weed products they sell. The two I experienced didn't know strains unless they looked it up. It's still a very pretty store and I love the large windows just haven't been back to get anything for the reasons I stated.

Welcome Sweet Flower to Culver! Nice that they offer valet parking so customers aren't crowding the nearby residential streets. Checking in was fast and easy and they have a ton of product in the new space. The staff was super helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely be back to grab some of their daily specials!

Nice clean facility. Friendly and very welcoming bud tenders. Good prices and good quality and a variety of products. I gave 3 stars because although they offer free valet parking because parking is tough over there, I always feel obligated to tip the person parking....after I've tipped my bud tender. I don't mind tipping folks but sometimes it gets a bit much. I'd definitely go back when I'm on that side of town but I'll try to find somewhere to park.

I have only been twice but both times everyone was so sweet and very helpful. Do they work on commission? They were really nice. Way nicer than the medmen staff, who can't be troubled to answer your legit questions depending on who you get. I came for a topical cream for my MIL's arthritic knee... so so helpful! Then came back to try the beverages, so so helpful! Both times I got a freebie gift with my purchase, like, hello? That's so nice, and helps swallow the 100% tax I feel like I'm paying on everything. Anyway, great service and I really recommend these folks to anyone who's not well versed on their products. This isn't the same stuff I knew back in college, it's like Ariel says, it's a whole new world!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED LOCAL & loyal (not any longer) neighborhood customer! After having given great reviews to your budtenders in the past, I've never heard of a more ridiculous "Local Radius" than what you CHANGED yours to out of nowhere this week!!!!! I'd been going out of my way to purchase from Sweet Flower & recommend because they had a neighborhood "local" discount -- with taxes so high these days the loyalty discounts are what everyone is in need of -- After a year, suddenly, today, I'm told that I am no longer given a "local" discount bc I'm not in the radius of the street they're located on. Which just so we are clear is on the same street as Sony studios, so the only locals who are on that street are businesses. Lmao. I LIVE 1.3 MILES FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! WALKING DISTANCE! YET SUDDENLY THAT'S NOT "LOCAL" ANY LONGER? Lmao, okay?!?! I always tipped their bud tenders, bc they have always been so kind!! While they do have great employees, they lost my business and many others I've told in the area who live less than 3 miles away. I hate companies that have great staff to keep them afloat but take away benefits to loyal, consistent, or local customers. I have plenty of other places that give loyalty discounts without having to be a local. Got to MedMen or Weedmaps and give other people the loyalty.

GO TO MEDMEN!!! Gave this place two chances and it's just the worst. The first night I went around 8:50 and they said they weren't taking anymore customers. I went again tonight with my boyfriend, he checked in at 8:30 and was waiting in line for 15 mins before they checked him in, (he was first in line) after finally putting in his order and waiting in line 9 pm hits and they tell him and everyone else who is paying and waiting that their computer shut down at 9pm and they can't complete the transactions and they need to leave. Another customer trying to pay was denied and the staff started to argue with him and said it didn't matter it's 9pm. To the staff at this place if you don't like the job then go somewhere else, maybe if you make a little more money then you'll be a little more motivated to ACTUALLY do your job. Also it's weird they store your card info, it's not that serious bro and for what?! GO TO MEDMEN. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, they have better rewards anyways!!!!

EXTREMELY poor customer service by Jeff, "manager" who was closing tonight. Frequent customer and recently have been referring colleagues to this store due to the cleanliness, but am extremely disappointed in how rudely I was treated. Walked in at 8:55pm to simply restock on a couple items I've purchased in the past; knew exactly what I needed. ** I work in the entertainment industry and try to stop in late to avoid busier hours Upon entering the store to show my ID, Jeff forcefully greets me with "we're closed, can't help you with anything". I simply respond with it's not 9:00pm and he aggressively responds "I know what time it is, and like I said we're closed. exit the store" His tone and demeanor felt VERY discriminatory. I was wearing a hoodie, and sweatpants and could immediately feel Jeff's WRONG pre determined judgment As I mentioned, I work in the entertainment industry for a prominent organization in this city. I was completely shocked that out of all places, a dispensary, a place where vibes should always be high, is where I have to deal with some prick who's clearly had a bad day and is treating his customers like trash. Maybe Jeff needs to talk to another employee on a flower that will calm him down on stressful days

If I can give this place a 0, I would. I was being helped by a bud tender when I overheard a male employee (big guy curly hair) being verbally disrespectful towards a young female employee calling her "stupid" in front of staff and customers. I was expecting a good vibe (like most are) but the negativity was off the roof. I have been coming here for some time and had never seen him until a couple weeks ago. This happened around 6pm and being a female myself, I felt offended in the way he spoke to her. Kudos to the girl because she handled herself with grace. Walked in looking for a high but left with a downer! All this to say I will not be returning and taking my business elsewhere.

I attended the opening of Culver City's 1st legal dispensary and it was amazing. Clean simple fun discreet. We decided to go the night before when Elizabeth Croyden invited us on a Facebook chat regarding the dispensary. We actually got to meet Elizabeth. She is a wealth of knowledge. We were so impressed. We tried things we didn't think we would. We spent a bit more money than planned but loved doing it and Ms. Croyden is the reason. Thank you, Miss Liz ! Hearts!!

Heather is the best! She's knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine about sharing her passion. She only recommends things she's personally tried so I'm gonna have to try everything she recommends over the next few months for sure!

Stumbled in on a recent visit to LA and I was very impressed. The store is clean, bright and beautifully decorated. I was looking for something to soothe my soul and aching knees. Budtender Heather was the sweetest flower and knew exactly what to prescribe. Thanks to her wisdom and thorough recommendations, I walked out with an armful of goodies that will keep me happy for a long time. Jared also lifted my spirits with the nicest compliment. This store is full of the kindest people and I will definitely be back next time.

Eric is the man! First time here and he made us feel right at home. Super knowledgeable in the products. Make sure to ask if they have any first specials. Branndi helped check us out and offered other items to purchase as well. Great vibes all around!!

I cannot believe I am wasting my time to say how horrible this store is. I also want to say they are not all alike. The Studio City and MELROSE stores went out of their way to be helpful. The Culver City store has a manager who most definitely does NOT have the same agenda. He was rude, and went out of his way to make a 500. purchase difficult (OVER A 5% discount he reprimanded the MELROSE store for providing. In fact he was insistent on making sure NO STORE offered more than a 10% discount even though his own store offered 15 % ‍. I am astonished he is being paid to run anyone's business. To each their own. I work hard for my money and can promise you I will not spend any of it in this store. Let me be clear, it wasn't my not accepting no, it was his complete unprofessionalism. I actually asked if there was a DM to share my experience and his response was "not for this". I have requested to opt out of all marketing associated with them, let's see if that gets honored. Buyer beware, too many other GREAT businesses a "stones throw" away

I went in looking for concentrates and most stores don't have a whole lot to choose from, but this place did! I was very pleased with the selection and the prices! Definitely returning and will recommend!

Not sure what the conversation was about between them but that is some harassment shit right there. Idk how that girl stood calm but i would have socked the shit out of that guy for talking to me like that. How embarrassing for the girl employee, wish i would have mentioned to the girl to go to HR about this before she walked away. To the manager that hopefully reads this remember that your attitude towards ur employee's AFFECTS there emotions /mood for the day and that also affects their customer service they give out! Sweet Flower in Culver City just opened today 1/21/2022 and they are already getting busy, and deservedly so! The people there are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and care about your needs. Branndi Johnson helped me with my purchase and really did a great job helping me find what was right for me. I have been to all of their other stores over the years and they all run the same way with the same level of service and products. I would recommend Sweet Flower to anyone looking for cannabis or related products. If you know what you want or if you need assistance to find the best for you, this is the place to go! They also pay attention to the neighborhoods they are in, ethical and high quality ingredients in the products they carry, making sure their staff is well versed on the use of all the products and able to recommend what might work best for you.
