Sweet Flower

I went in today to pick up an order because I had a sweet discount with all my points! There was a slight delay because the points weren’t showing up in store like they were online but Chloe and her manager Darcy both helped me out and made sure the discount was honored! I appreciated it so much and Chloe and Darcy were both so kind. Every time I go in or order delivery the staff is wonderful! Also those points are no joke so make sure to make an account so you can get some great savings!!

I absolutely love and adore the Culver City store but no matter the day when Sheri is there she is always serving a good vibe and letting me know what’s hot at the moment to try I love her expertise I also really like her customer service she’s the best

Been coming here for since it opened and always enjoy the shopping experience. Today Riley was especially helpful and friendly without being too over the top which I really appreciated. Small talk is rough. Haha. Also I didn’t buy this but it did make me laugh.

Love this shop. It has a very clean and professional environment with a great selection of flower and alternatives. Chloe helped me out and was awesome because she gave honest opinions about the products there and I always appreciate that. The manager is also really engaged and helpful every time I’ve come in. Seriously, check it out yall

I had a great, and easy, experience at Sweet Flower. I had placed my order online, and received a text and email confirmation when it was ready. There was convenient street parking right around the corner, and everyone was friendly and attentive. Walker, who helped me, was kind and personable. He grabbed my order from the back and was able to take care of me right away. He also was able to quickly correct that my first time discount hadn't been included with the original price, and rectified that without any hassle! The store itself was bright and welcoming, and I was impressed with their selection. Also, additional kudos for Walker - even though there wasn't a public bathroom on site, he was able to direct me to the public restroom right across the street (which was a huge relief after almost 2 hours in traffic! ) and gave me a good parking recommendation for the movie theatre nearby! Knowledgeable about the product as well as the area - that's a huge plus! All in all a great experience that was only enhanced by the quality of the products I purchased!

Angela was SO much fun! I loved her sparkly silver boots and how engaging she was. She made the experience so fun. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you, Angela! Will recommend a couple months later, I made a another visit and was helped by Crissy. She made me feel very listened to and answered all my questions. Her energy was so great! Thank you!
