Sweet & Coffee - Pedro Carbo

Great brunch. Excellent cappuccino. The English muffin was fine, but the slightly sweet cornmeal pie filled with spinach/egg/cheese was fantastic. Banos on site.

The coffee is OKAY but the Dulce de Tres Leches is a MUST TRY. Trust me, you won’t regret it. It’s the best Tres Leches I’ve had. Great for people who love sweets and it goes really well with a cappuccino.

This place represents all of Ecuador, it's like we have a Starbucks. The great reception that this "cafeteria" has had has been excellent, good prestige at a national level and soon internationally. It is that getting upset with each delicacy that we can see on the menu is something that leaves one speechless. If you sit down to a hot chocolate or cappuccino next to a carrot cake or croissant, you will be speechless as you feel the combination of flavors on your palate. The atmosphere of this restaurant-cafeteria is very calm and relaxing, it is a place where you can go to relax and de-stress after a heavy and tired day of everyday life. It is recommended to try and enjoy each drink and dessert that is on the menu, for sure you will not regret it.

Top notch equipment, so so coffee... The calabaza mini cheesecake was pure flour and sugar, not good.
