Amazing store! It comes better when you go visiting by yourself and see the very stylish clothes they have. I was surprised and very welcomed by the staff. Besides, I could notice that their clothes are so famous not only by the different models but also, those are very comfortable to use and goes with everything só weel. Love it!

I visited here 3times in different month, day, and time. I am just unlucky. I always look for Paris edition, but difficult to meet the stocks. Therefore, you need some luck for the products what you want. Generally, staffs are friendly and helpful. Just need to wait in the queue.

Disgusting behavior from staff. The girl on the cash desk packed our item, our payment was declined because we had a limit on the bank card. We asked her to wait 5 minutes she said OK. Then two men came to the desk saw my sweater and decided to buy it too.The girl gave them my item without asking me anything (I was still standing at the desk, with a dismissive look on her face)and I decided not to buy the sweater ,because of her the shop lost a client. I didn’t expect staff to act this way in my favorite shop. This girl acts like that all the time when I see her doesn’t say hi or anything. A real disappointment. Staff is there to make a good reputation to the shop not to ruin it.

The store pretends to be an exclusive boutique, it looks a bit like a museum, the clothes are displayed like exhibits, the assistant remotely connects to the warehouse to check the availability of the goods, because the clothes are not available on the shelves. they actually sell regular t-shirts for 50 euros. Funny.

No tax free option because "we are too busy we cannot waste time". Be sure I wont waste mine next time by visiting your store!

Sad that my all-time favourite clothing brand since the 80s has a zero return or refund policy worldwide. Just be careful you really pick what you want and that you have checked the pricing for where you live back at home if you’re travelling before you make any purchase from Stussy anywhere in the world. I paid about C$150 more by purchasing it in Paris than I would have purchasing it in Canada. Their store credit only applies to that specific store as well and not worldwide. Horrible policy. Definitely lost my respect. Watch your money.

a lot of the reviews were really bad so i was worried but it was actually really nice. the security guard was polite and pretty chill, the assistants were also very polite and not rude at all, checking that the fitting room was free for us to use. the stock was cool and i haven’t seen some of the tops on the website which was nice to see. although i don’t think they had some of the more generic things that i see most people actually wearing it was really nice to see what else the brand sells. it was a bit overpriced but for the quality i think its okay. the music was cool as well

Store looks cool and has a nice atmosphere. Customer service was aight but they should honestly try to treat their customers a lil better but overall the selection was better than other Stüssy stores. Definitely worth a visit if you like the brand.
