Studio D'artisan Tokyo

I buy here jeans,very helpful and friendly staff. The selection of jeans from the Studio d artisan brand was really large. I was satisfied with the visit.

An experience on its own just to be there. I bought a Type 2 Jacket. You have to at least get something. Very attentive staff that would help you find what you’re looking for despite the language barrier. Well we all speak the same language- Selvedge! Definitely going back again in my next trip.

This is the BEST shop everrrr, beautiful products, they are Nr 1 on Japanese Denim 🙏 but even if not a Denim Head, they have amazing Suit Jackets as well and all kind of products , amazing quality and fabric , real pleasure to finally check that store in person (i read so much about)

The clothing seems well made but the staff leave a lot to be desired. You can’t try on clothing unless you wear an undershirt with it which makes it impractical to try on certain pieces that you wouldn’t wear over another shirt. I was also asked to take off my jacket as it was waxed canvas and apparently the salesperson was afraid the wax would rub off on the clothes? I’ve never gotten that request in RRL or Visvim before… This is not a store worth visiting given the number of other high quality Americana brands in Tokyo.

Great shop for Japanese denim! A pioneer and brand leader in the denim industry outside the “osaka 5”, but definitely is extremely high quality!! If you don’t own denim from Studio D’artisan, it’s definitely worth buying something from!
