"Founded in 1995, Stress is the original Norwegian sneaker store. Alongside the sneakers currently on offer, the store is heavily influenced by graffiti — a lifelong passion for founders Erik and Øystein — and music, with vinyls and graffiti equipment previously stocked in the store. A stand-out feature of its improved Kirkegata location is the “Blackroom,” a separate room that acts as an exhibition space for up and coming hyped releases."
The store had a fair range of styles and sizes, so I did find something that worked. However, the layout felt a bit cramped, and it was hard to get help when I needed it. Staff was polite but seemed rushed. Prices were okay, but the overall shopping experience felt just average. Not bad, but nothing that really stood out.

To charge whole 50$ as shipping costs for a pair of basic sneakers is just ridiculous. Also mails didnt get an answer or confirmation

Employees not very interested in doing what’s called customer service. Asked for a size 45 and got told straight away “don’t have time, come back at a later time”. Not going here again.

After finally getting the attention of one of the employees, who really couldn't be bothered. I was told the specific shoe I was looking for was not available. After showing him, they had it on their web page I was told it was a sale product. So I had to order it online. Even though the pickup point for their webshop is this store. So I asked if I could try a similar shoe, just to check the size. I was told no not really. Just terrible service.

Worst service ever, it's just about normal sneaker brands and they behave as it's something exclusive which is not🙈. Service not attentive at all, more expensive then in shoe stores around. Just not worth waiting.

Prices and selection are pretty good. More of a clothing hype store and less on the hype shoes. Employees did not care what so ever to even say hi and even when asked price on something just leave right after.
