To charge whole 50$ as shipping costs for a pair of basic sneakers is just ridiculous. Also mails didnt get an answer or confirmation

Employees not very interested in doing what’s called customer service. Asked for a size 45 and got told straight away “don’t have time, come back at a later time”. Not going here again.

I had some mistakes with my orders but the staff have been very patient and helpful. 10/10 customer service

Worst service ever, it's just about normal sneaker brands and they behave as it's something exclusive which is not🙈. Service not attentive at all, more expensive then in shoe stores around. Just not worth waiting.

After finally getting the attention of one of the employees, who really couldn't be bothered. I was told the specific shoe I was looking for was not available. After showing him, they had it on their web page I was told it was a sale product. So I had to order it online. Even though the pickup point for their webshop is this store. So I asked if I could try a similar shoe, just to check the size. I was told no not really. Just terrible service.

Employees really helpful, never got annoyed even tho i was there for almost 2h

Prices and selection are pretty good. More of a clothing hype store and less on the hype shoes. Employees did not care what so ever to even say hi and even when asked price on something just leave right after.

Nice shop, good selection of sneakers and had a nice chat with the employee. Great place to buy some kicks!
