I have been a regular customer at this establishment for some time, often coming to enjoy a coffee and appreciate the view. Unfortunately, this experience was the most shocking and disrespectful encounter I’ve ever had here—or anywhere, for that matter.
The waiter’s behavior was appalling from the start: rude, inattentive, and utterly devoid of professionalism. The service was horrendous—so much so that I felt uncomfortable even being there. To make matters worse, after providing such disgraceful service, the waiter had the audacity to confront me about not leaving a tip, demanding to know why I left nothing! This level of entitlement and arrogance is beyond comprehension.
And as if that wasn’t enough, the ultimate insult came when the waiter threw the receipt at me instead of handing it over like a decent human being. Such unprofessionalism and outright disrespect should never be tolerated in any establishment, let alone one that relies on customer loyalty.
This experience has completely soured my opinion of this place. If this is how regular patrons are treated, I dread to think how others might be handled. Management should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their business. Until there’s a drastic improvement, I will not be returning—and I’ll be warning others to avoid this place entirely.
