My buddies and I were at the virtual roulette machine, and both had issues with the machine. The machine is ultra sensitive and places bet for you while you turn away to talk to someone. I would not recommend the machines at this place. We lost hundreds on the machine glitch and managers refuse to look at the cameras even though they know the time stamp. Very suspicious activity happening here and not accommodating at all.

I’m frustrated and feel like I need to share this experience. Recently, I was at the casino and had a shocking incident with one of the betting machines. My friend and I were just sitting by it, not touching but we had money in it. Out of nowhere, the machine placed a bet on its own, resulting in us losing money. We immediately brought it to the attention of casino staff, expecting some sort of investigation or, at the very least, a refund for this clear malfunction. Instead, we were met with dismissive attitudes and told there was “nothing they could do.” It was essentially chalked up to bad luck, even though we never initiated the bet! They didn’t brother checking the camera. It makes me wonder – how are Stellaris casinos allowed to operate machines without proper safeguards for players? Where’s the accountability when machines malfunction? Casinos are quick to take your money, but if their equipment screws up, you’re just left out to dry

Nice, lively casino. Lots of slots.

I play mostly table games and when I arrived there was a sign that said all table games closed. There were only slots, very very small it would have been nice if this notice was on their website that I checked before going so I never would have gone. Wasted $15 on taxi.

Small, but cozy casino. Modern slot machines, clean, nice chill vibe. Tables are limited and only open for a certain amount of time.

The machines are rigged! Before I knew it, the machine betted for me and I couldn't take the bet away and it lost all my money $$$ I told the security people and they refused to review the security camera to show that I didn't place any bet which is illegal of them!

Stay away from this place is all I can say. I have had lot's of luck at the other Casinos on the island except for this place. The staff are rude and not friendly at all.
