I had an amazing experience at the sunglasses shop in Keval and Hala. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable about their craft. I came in with a pair of sunglasses I’d bought from another store, which I had unfortunately scratched within the first 24 hours. I wasn’t expecting much, but to my surprise, they managed to restore the frame to perfect condition — no signs of damage whatsoever. It looked brand new. Their attention to detail and customer service were top-class. Highly recommend visiting them if you want expert care and great service.

When I got my eyes tested at Moorfields Eye Hospital and mentioned I wanted new specs but something different, I had no idea where it would lead to. I got referred to Specstacular and oh gosh Hala and Keval are just beautiful people. I spent almost 4hrs with them chatting and laughing away while trying different glasses. The passion and patience they both have is surreal for the crazy world we live in. They both know what they are doing and the shortlisted glasses were just a 'nightmare' to choose from, I would have taken them all. I bought prescription glasses and sunglasses and I still fall in love with them every day. Not talking about the many compliments I got. You'd think silly what glasses can do but I got so much more respect for the craftsmanship it is. Damn, I love them.

There is serious history, heritage and expertise in this place. If you're looking for a transformative pair of glasses, look no further! Hala and Keval are absolutely lovely people too. Could not recommend Specstacular more. Second review: They even saved me for my sister's wedding. I lost my prescription sunglasses a week before and Hala helped me pick a beautiful vintage frame which Keval made up for me within 48 hours. This is a real institution — if you need glasses, don't miss out!
