Discovered a true culinary gem today at Soma! Every dish was a perfect balance of aesthetics, flavor, and quality. The salmon bowl was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated — with a dressing that tied everything together perfectly. And the chia pudding with fruits and crunchy toppings? Absolutely divine. It was so good, I didn’t even manage to take a photo before diving in! The vibe is cozy, the service is attentive, and the whole experience just makes you want to come back again and again. Definitely one of the best spots in Saigon for a wholesome and beautiful meal.

This is my favorite place to work during the day. I love its busy, energetic vibe. The food is delicious and healthy. However, the drinks aren’t anything special and aren’t worth the price—except for the juice. The staff is hit or miss 🤦‍♀️

A disappointing experience by the service at Soma We came to Soma for the lovely garden space and planned to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. We ordered food and drinks—not outstanding, but decent—and chose a quiet corner outdoors to film a short makeup clip. We were careful not to disturb anyone and kept everything quiet and clean. However, about five minutes in, a staff member approached and said makeup powder might affect others’ food—but still said 15 minutes was okay? That made no sense, and we think they didn’t welcome what we were doing. We decided to leave early and asked for the bill. There was a misunderstanding—we had ordered extra bread, but were charged for eggs. When we asked for clarification, the same staff member made a face, which felt very disrespectful. We were simply trying to understand the charges as any customer would. The whole experience made us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Right after, we went to Kashew nearby, where the staff were warm and accommodating—even happy to help us with our setup. The contrast was huge. If Soma doesn’t allow filming, a clear notice would’ve saved us from this discomfort. Unfortunately, we left feeling hurt and disappointed.

Good Western brunch spot. Beautifully plated dishes. Great variety—eggs benedict, avocado toast, all fresh and flavorful. However, their drinks aren’t as impressive :(

I was thoroughly impressed with this place on my very first visit. The bowls they offer are extremely unique and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is peaceful, located in a quiet alley, making for a lovely dining experience. While the outdoor seating could have been more comfortable, it did not take away from the overall ambiance. The only drawback was the small flies, but it was not a big deal. The staff were friendly but could use some improvement in being more attentive to their customers. The quality of the food was exceptional, made with clean and healthy ingredients. I am eager to come back to try more items on their menu, and I highly recommend this spot.

Really enjoyed my time at Soma. Came for brunch on a Monday with some friends & some dogs. Loved that they’re pet friendly! I enjoyed browsing through their menu and felt that they had a good variety of options. It was my first time but I had heard Soma mentioned among my friends as the place to go for salads. Two of my friends ordered the salads and myself and another ordered the Rosti. I really enjoyed my meal, it was so much more filling than I thought it was going to be. Great space, great food, great service. I also really enjoyed the little freebies they had in the bathroom - hair ties, oil blotting sheets, and little one-use toothbrush/picks. Really nice touch that elevates customer service.

The bowl was actually really tasty, not only healthy! I liked the environment too. Great place for a healthy meal, a lot of choice… Chill place

The place looks nice and has a nice vibe. Staff is quick and good. The bread slice is well cooked but both bread and chicken meat inside are on the thick side and not easy to eat making it a very messy experience. The taste of the food was good. Portions a bit on the average size. For desserts we went out as this isn't the place for desserts. The drinks are a tad pricey.
