Service should improve. If 15% tip is must then they should serve us kindly, both front counter and service guy has no courtesy for their costumer. Mostly food was not good, can't believe 5 small plates were worth 160$ which was tasteless. Please next time don't serve other costumers like you have serve us.

It's 48 dollars per hour with a 2 hour minimum so 96 dollars minimum but you can have 96 dollars worth of food and drinks from the menu. The only drawback is you can't take food home unless you have your own containers and everything is a little overpriced. They don't seem to mind if you bring drinks in(I would be sneaky about it though). The music is loud and the microphones work. I would give them 5 stars if they had a larger selection of songs.

- When I called , they answered my questions. - Staff did the best they could to be attentive. - Equipment is better than most places. - Has personal parking lot. - Room cost can serve as credit for food and drink. What more would you want ?

Pretty good sound system. Not much to say because I didn't try their food. I usually go to Zebra because it's close to everything. I do appreciate that they have a parking lot here, which is good because it's far from Main St!

Second time here and enjoyed it! Highly recommend this place. Good sound system and song selections can be controlled via cell phone app, good service, roomy space and like having our own restroom!

Venue is nice but everything else is horrible. They make sure that you pay upfront, and whenever you order something they interrupt your party to take your payment again and again every time you order. And they force you to leave at least a 15% tip otherwise they kick you out, when you order again they make you tip on that order too. If you are alright with that then go ahead but if you value customer service then stay away.

Kinda out of the way ktv place, friend made a reservation and got the room first but the front desk wouldn't tell us the room # and said that no room was under <friends name> until other friend arrived and asked in mandarin....very unwelcoming all things considered There was also a fight/some commotion in the other rooms the 6hours we were there (it was 1or 2am so kinda expected). Decent song and food choices but would not recommend if other options were available

The worst place ever. The server and the waiter is super rude and they rush you like you are not paying for the expensive drinks and the room. They tell you that if you get a room you get drinks and food for the room but when the bill comes they charge u extra. The waiter does not have manners and he is super rude. There is no good customer service. Never go there. Unless you want to be humiliated.
