Snowtime

We visited Snowtime Chandler for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! Tyler, who helped us, provided the best customer service we’ve ever had. We had so many questions, and he patiently answered every single one with a smile. He was super helpful and made us feel welcome. The desserts were delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

So much FUN! Perfect date night experience. The fish buns were great to play with before eating. I wish I could have seen the fish cone made from scratch. So delicious, especially with the mini french macaroons. The taro vanilla swirl looked so beautiful. So many toppings to choose from. I can understand why people go for the bowl rather than the cone. There is a private fun room in the back full of positive messages. And a community board where you can put mini polaroids or business cards on. I so want to come here again. This place is very popular. there are long benches for waiting patrons. There is a doorway directly into the next door rotating suhi bar so you don't have to go out and around.

Place is great! My kiddos loved it as well as I did. If you are looking for a different experience with fresh ice cream ingredients, this is the place. Will definitely return when back in Phoenix. Matcha love was great! The strawberry cheesecake is their monthly flavor and it was also delicious!

What a great treat! Soft serve ice cream with a custard filling in a fish-shaped cone. The cone was made fresh. Delicious! The signature dish had a fresh baked base and fruity pebbles. Great stuff!

This store is amazing 🤩! It doesn't matter if you love ice cream, icy desserts, or macarons, they have options for everyone. My daughter got the matcha ice cream with a fish cone and loved it! I got the matcha snow with tiramisu, don't remember exactly what it's called but it was really delicious! It was definitely worth the drive.

Finally tried this place and I’m glad I did. The space is clean and trendy. The staff is super friendly and kind. The tiramisu ice was insanely delicious, like nothing I’ve tried before. The menu selection is wide and varied. There’s something for everyone. The prices are comparable to Starbucks drinks, but you truly get what you pay for.

Love the snow ice bowls. Matcha is my favorite.
