Went on the zip line and self guided hike, both were amazing. For the zip line, The guides were amazing and really made the experience, laughing with you and always have a smile on the those face but The views on the zip line were incredible and that was the best part for sure For the self guided hike The walking bridges were for sure the best part, spent extra time on there. There were only three others groups we encountered so we had the forest to ourselves Also after your tours definitely check out the restaurant, the tuna salad is to die for and I really wish that I ordered it but my mother shared hers with me. Exhilarating Zip lines and Magical Wildlife! 🌿🚠 Sky Adventures was an incredible experience, from the speedy zip lines to the breath taking views from the aerial bridges. We started off our experience with nature walk with our guide Ronaldo. He was incredible and we wouldn’t have been able to see any wildlife without him—he had a special scope which allowed him to take high-quality pictures of all sorts of creatures. During our two hour trek, we saw lots of interesting insects and spiders (one tarantula), huge rodents, snakes, and we almost spotted some monkeys (maybe next time we’ll catch some). The jungle was pretty empty and the trail was unpaved, which made it feel more authentic. There were a few fascinating information signs along the way and I found the length and difficulty of the trail to be satisfying. There is one modest bathroom at the top of the trail, two large aerial bridges, and one viewpoint on an extended platform. When we finished our hike, it took us about thirty minutes to go from signing waivers to boarding the gondola. The staff were all very friendly and chatty and the system was managed well—not overly packed or overstimulating (no obnoxious music!). We boarded the gondola which took us to the top and from there we went straight to a practice zip line and then the real deal. The zip lines are very impressive and are super tall up. It can be a little nerve wracking at first but it isn’t scary at all and the views are worth it. After, we had a satisfying lunch with incredible views of the lake and mountains (and very good milkshakes). The quesadillas are flavorful and very meaty. I would definitely come back here and would recommend this to anyone seeking some thrills with rewarding views!

This tour was amazing. There were 7 Zips lines. It was amazing views and wildlife to see while treking through the jungle. We saw an ant eater, different varieties of toucans, owls, howler monkeys and spider monkeys. The staff was all very helpful and entertaining. They were also very knowledgeable. The lunch was also very delicious at the restaurant.

We had such an excellent time! Myself, my husband and our two younger children did the ziplining. The staff did so well with our kids and always made them feel confident and comfortable doing each zip line. For some of the longer zip lines, the kids needed to go with a guide, but they got to do some by themselves too. All of the equipment was in good condition and you can tell that safety is a top priority. You cannot beat the views of the volcano and the lake either. Afterward, it was nice to stop in the cafe area to get a drink and take in the beautiful views. The only part that was a bummer was the skyline was down for maintenance and we weren’t aware of that so we had to take a car up part of the mountain and do a pretty steep hike. We did at least get to see some monkeys during the small hike.

Sky Adventures is one of the best places to go ziplining in the whole world! This is definitely one of the most amazing things we have ever done in our lives! First starts off with doing a really long gondola ride all the way to the top! I think it took about a half hour to an hour to get up to the very top. The zip lines are so high in the mountains that go over the valleys and they are 1200 ft off the ground! The view is so spectacular that you are in all of all the beauty that you see for a great distance! The zip lines are the fastest ones that I've ever heard of. They said we are obtaining speeds of 50 mph going down the longest run which is about a mile long. These runs being so long is just simply unbelievable how long that cable is! Definitely this is probably the best zipline in the world so if you are ever in the area you would need to do this one and nothing else will compare!

The canopy zip line was a crazy experience in the midst of endless nature with a professional, nice and very funny team, who alleviated the initial fear that such an experience can arouse. You can see that safety is important to them and it is evident at every step. Thank you very much for an especially enjoyable day. *One thing that slightly overshadowed the experience was the guided tour of the suspension bridges. We prepared to go on the tour with raincoats in hand, but the guide told us that they were not needed because it would not rain. Of course, after 20 minutes a crazy flood began. We have no complaints about the weather, but about the guide who convinced us not to take a coat. The guide herself was interesting and professional, but without a coat we could not continue the tour and had to return.

We did the combo of the highest ziplines with the hanging bridge walk. The tour included pick up/drop off at our hotel which was nice, but just know there can be many stops for the shuttles back, which leave on the :15min of each hour, so your trip back can take a while. Very safe set up and the guides are quick to get everyone zipping. Dont fret about stopping, the guides teach you to brake and there is a nice catch system at the end of each line. The views are amazing of the lake and volcano from the ziplines, good weather is a must for this adventure! The hanging bridges are at the start of the hike and there are only 2 so you don't need to do the whole hike if you only want bridges. The trail to the waterfall was closed when we went but there are clean bathrooms at the halfway point of the hike out in the jungle with running water! We saw monkeys right past the hanging bridges which was very cool. The on site restaurant had amazing views off the patio to see the lake and volcano as well, and was a great spot for a beer after the adventure.

The hike was worth skipping. The tram was fun and the Hand sculpture at the top was neat to see. If I had to do it over I would’ve just done the tram but it’s a business and they did a good job staffing the business. Very nice people and the forest is beautiful. Wonderful, kind, Costa Rican staff. $80 was a little high but it was worth a visit.
