Great Service! I recently visited skins and was helped by Hannah, who provided outstanding customer service. We were looking to put together a combination of creams and a shower gel, and she went above and beyond to guide us through the store. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, really taking her time to help us find exactly what we wanted. We also had a small confusion(not store related) about a refund, and the manager was able to explain and clear it up to us with kindness and professionalism. The overall experience was exceptional, and the service was 10 out of 10. This is definitely the reason I’ll keep coming back to this store. Highly recommend!

Hera at Skins Negen Straatjes is extremely knowledgeable and was quite invested in helping find fragrances that suited me. She asked all the right questions and knew just what to let me try, taking a journey through the pearls of the woody/spicy genre. The store was busy but her attention was undivided as she took the time to share the beautiful stories behind the perfume houses. This goddess's passion for perfume inspires and her graceful manner is a gift.

Good perfumery, decent prices and what's important to me, they have perfumes that were current 20 or more years ago (primary YSL Jazz) that I haven't found in that original version anywhere else for a very long time. 🙂

Crowded, not enough personnel, not friendly, I had to ask for a sample and they gave me just one. I also had to ask for a sample of a new release which, as a Skins member, I should have automatically received. Not like the employees have to pay for the sample, they're free from the Companies who want customers to discover their products! Companies who sell here: just so you know, your samples that can potentially get you new customers, don't reach them.
