We celebrated my birthday at SK Steak & Oyster, and it was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, the staff took fantastic care of us. The food was outstanding—still the best steak I’ve ever had to this day. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I highly recommend requesting a booth if you can. A must-visit for anyone in Brisbane, and I can’t wait to return!

Specializing in steak, oysters, and seafood for a fine dining experience. 🥩🦀 Since I was dining solo, I kept it simple with beef tartare and crab pasta. Not mind-blowing, but above average. The pasta was slightly oily, but overall, I enjoyed a lot. For dessert, I tried the apple tart 🍎. Love it! The ice cream had an interesting, unique texture, and the cream was light and refreshing. The lighting is on the dim side, adding to a cozy, intimate ambiance—perfect for dates or special occasions.

Went for dinner there with a few mates couple of nights ago. If you are willing to spend the money, the food here is really good. Mushroom risotto was perfect. T-bone steak could have been better but the prime rib steak made up for it. That was exceptional.

We return to this restaurant every year for a special "us time" tradition, whether to celebrate or simply close out the year. The quality of the food is consistently exceptional, with every dish crafted to perfection. The ambiance is intimate and refined, making it the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Service is always impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. This place remains a favorite for its dedication to excellence in both cuisine and experience. Highly recommend for those who appreciate fine dining at its best.

Located in the heart of the precinct amongs ither great restaurants and the Calile Hotel. Great ambiance, food was amazing great options between seafood and meat. Book in advance if you plan to visit.

Best steak & service in BNE. Been here 20+ times in 1 year, can't fault it. Friendly, professional service that makes us feel at home. When they have live music it's such a treat. Food & drinks on point. Tiramisu martini is a must. Other faves: natural oysters, bread with Bu Deli vegan butter, sweetcorn agnolotti, Wagyu eye fillet, roast potatoes. Skip the Strawberry cake & get the choc soufflé instead (order it in advance since it takes 20min to cook).

Celebration night for my sons graduation. The restaurant itself is lovely . Staff are friendly and clearly busy as they were all walking at a fast pace . Disappointed in the presentation . Steak was served with just the steak. No garnish no side not even a drizzle of Jus . Expected alot more with the presentation. Wouldn't hurt to have a small something to garnish.! Steak however was truly amazing. Red wine jus for the steak never aarrived and we also had to request a mushroom sauce . By the time we got attention of a waiter for the jus, the steak was 3/4 eaten and decided wasn't worth chasing . Disappointed with the charge on the sparkling water. We were never once asked after the initial order whether we wanted to keep drinking sparkling. Glasses were topped up without requesting which is a nice touch but it we should of been asked first. We were a group and chatting and we weren't really aware of glasses being topped up . Waiters should ask. We were charged for 4 bottles but all diners said when presented with the bill they would of swapped to still .water. Prices for sides were a tad high but portions were reasonable. Overall Food was enjoyable but felt it was expensive for what we received compared to other restaurants in the area.
