"How did it strike you on arrival? People come back here year after year, for the light on the cliffs, for the sunshine, for the ease of of its languorous ways which just delivers every time. The ultimate quick-fix fly and flop. This remote resort (accessible only by four-wheel drive) is a rustic, idyllic getaway. The 82 stone villas are set among date palms, pomegranate trees, and wandering sandy paths. Nice. What’s the crowd like? Stressed-out vacationers from Dubai. The good stuff: Tell us about your room. Villas are open and airy, with stucco walls and stone flooring. Pool villas have personal gardens, outdoor patios, and private plunge pools. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?
