Silver Springs has theeee best owner/instructors. I had never done a hot fitness class before my first time here a year ago, and Springs was the best introduction to it — and has completely changed my mind and body for the better over the course of the last year. Everyone is always so welcoming, and the studio is stunning and squeaky clean. Thanks Springs team! ❤️

I dont think it does justice to call these just classes; the energy and ambience, from lighting to music, all of the above make this an experience and I can see why they stay booked nonstop. The workout was incredible, the hot studios are super clean, and honestly, despite being heated, extremely refreshing… looking forward to coming back.

Silver Springs is SO SO good. I just started going this week and I just have to leave a review, I already have so much good to say. The class is hot, challenging, and very motivational. It's definitely difficult to stay in the room for the full 60-minutes (the studio asks that you stay in the room the entire time without leaving -- I actually totally understand this due to not wanting to disrupt others), but it's worth it. And while you're in the class the teacher is amazing. If you need anything they handle it for you so no one around you is disrupted. Again, super nice. I like the format of the classes. It's hard and just so good. Olivia is UNREAL. As for the studio itself, I've NEVER witnessed a better staff. Extremely kind, so helpful, and in general they make you feel good about going there, no judgments at all!! Don't even get me started on their cleanliness..... it is 20/10. I've never seen a studio so clean. From the equipment to the workout room, to the studio itself, it's all extremely clean and you can truly tell. The facilities are super nice and again, cleaned very well. I can't wait to keep coming back to this studio. They got a client for life!!!

Silver Springs is amazing - the vibe, the visuals, the smells and sounds - all amazing. But most of all the people - the staff, Coaches, Squad are just Perfecto! Positive, uplifting, kind, motivational, understanding, inspired... could go on & on! They help you with parking, send you the playlist after class, open the door for cool breeze at the perfect moment, adjust for spacing and encourage everyone to love & care for their body & spirit. Took a class last week with Kelsey and it was the highlight of my week! She is so motivating with the most welcoming energy that pushes you to bring your best self to the mat. I will definitely be back for her class!

Favorite place to take a friend looking to get into heated workouts. Favorite classes are the Matt Pilates & Restore. Incredible community.

This is the best workout studio in LA. No question. The classes are thoughtful and unique. The space is clean, chic and inviting. The room is HOT. I've been attending classes here consistently for over a year. Olivia has created an environment that is so unique and perfect. I can't wait for more people to keep finding this incredible space.

Good: This is a newer place, so the studio is clean and well maintained. This is especially appreciated considering they offer "hot" classes. The instructor as well as the front desk people seem friendly and kind. Mat and towel were provided. I have specific preferences around my morning routine, so maybe the things I disliked are more of a me problem. I'm more of a 'grand rising' morning girlie. So I found these 2 things jarring and unpleasant: The music in class is SO UNBELIEVABLY LOUD. Let's turn it up and have some fun in class, but this went way beyond that. It was just too much for me, especially early in the morning! The next thing that put me on edge was the overcrowding of class. I understand this is a business and more people in class equals more profits. However, when class is unpleasant for everyone because we are crammed in there like caged, non-free range chickens if you've ever seen those videos... Also, as I mentioned class is heated. As class goes on, everyone's really breaking a sweat. Jumping around while drenched in sweat, all while 6 inches away from other people seems unsanitary and is not my vibe. I'm not trying to drip sweat all over someone else and I certainly don't want them doing that to me. If they put a cap on the number of people permitted per class a bit lower, I would consider returning.

This review is meant for the Yoga Flow classes. i've taken almost every yoga flow instructor and I have to say that that all of the instructors are incredible. Specifically I love Leah and Kyles class because they teach a mix of breath work, meditation, along with a very thoughtful flow. I moved from NY and was having a hard time finding a new yoga studio until I found Silver Springs. 10/10 recommend

Easily my favorite studio in LA for Pilates. This place is clean, well lit, extremely aesthetically pleasing, everyone who works there is so nice & welcoming and they offer a range of all heated classes. My first class was a HIIT Pilates class with the founder, Olivia, being the instructor. There are so many good things about her classes but I just love the way the organizes and structures the classes and mentally prepares you for each set of moves whether that be floor, core, cardio, etc. it's all just so good and the hour somehow flys by even though you're doing a really good workout in a 100 degree room. Unlike someone else said, I think they do a really good job of spacing people out in here while still being able to take a lot of people at once. I don't feel crammed or too close to the people around me and both classes I've done were like 95% full. Another one of my favorite things is when you're done with the class, you just get up and leave. No worrying about where to put your mat, putting your bands away, putting your towel in the hamper, etc. You just leave the room, the cleaning crew comes in and they have cold towels waiting for you which is SO nice. This place is just stunning & truly an all around incredible studio and vibe. Olivia is amazing & I am so glad she opened and created this space. I will definitely be a regular now and I'm so glad I have this spot in my neighborhood.

This place is amazing! The people are so friendly, the aesthetic is divine, and the classes are hard, hot, and humbling. When I found out this studio was not only 10 minutes away from home, had free parking and infrared, I was in. I took Bailey's 9 am mat Pilates and wow did it rock me (in the best way). They have hiit, yoga, mat Pilates and more. Will definitely be coming back! See you on the mat.

For the first time, I'm reviewing a yoga place where I've never taken a class, simply because the employees were so wonderful! I mistakenly thought Silver Springs had both cool and hot yoga classes and I showed up for my first class hoping to try out many more with their unlimited 10-day package. When I realized all classes were hot yoga I felt crushed - no hot yoga for me. The front desk staff was so kind, understanding and friendly, that having to cancel my classes was painless, except that it made me want to attend their classes even more! They even recommended other places to try. I highly recommend Silver Springs as a comfortable and welcoming place!

I've been to Silver Springs many times now and each time I am so impressed with the layout of the studio and the quality of the workout. The classes are very pricey but for the experience and best workout of your life it's worth it. The ambiance and cleanliness is such a draw for me and every time after the class is finished they hand out cool eucalyptus towels. Seriously best pilates class I've ever been to.

Yes. That's all. Just kidding. There's more. Last week, I attended my first class FLOW class with Kyle Miller. I've been practicing yoga for over ten years. This class was my best experience. Our flow was challenging yet balanced. I learned new adjustments, and the music was fantastic. The studio is relaxing and gorgeous, and I felt welcome by the community. Silver Springs provides mats, towels and props. Bonus: They offer cold towels after class. Check it out.

This is the best place to work out ever. All the instructors are kind, professional, and experts in their field. Emmie is a total bad ass who will kick your butt while making you laugh. Olivia is one of the kindest instructors who will motivate you to push past your limits. Both instructors are very gifted at explaining the exercises in ways that are easy to understand. Everyone who works there is warm and friendly. Very well curated space with cool art and nice amenities. Feels very clean and inviting. There is a very special sense of community that I haven't found in other hot studios.

Silver Springs is a haven. Olivia, Emmie and Tommy have totally changed my relationship with exercise and moving my body. Everyone at Springs is kind, helpful and, not for nothing, chic! I couldn't recommend their classes highly enough; they're challenging but playful and I never feel judged when I don't feel that I'm working at "my best." Run, DON'T WALK!

THIS PLACE IS MY HAPPY PLACE the playlists are incredible the vibe is STUNNING it's incredible for it to be so chic and yet still so welcoming and exciting. Every instructor is amazing and so motivating. I feel incredible and energized and happy and I love it here I cannot recommend it enough! Go! You're welcome

What a fantastic and beautiful space! The front desk staff are so warm and welcoming and even gave me a mat and sweat mat for my first time visiting! With high vaulted ceilings and a wonderful sitting space (that even includes a mini outdoor patio), I felt so at ease coming back to heated fitness spaces since Covid. Parking was a breeze with their mini lot and lots of metered street parking. Class with Olivia was tough, but incredibly rewarding. The HIIT Pilates was fantastic and the music was fire! The mirrored walls in the front help ensure your form and I was a big fan of how she structured the class. Low impact moves that made my body pulsate with sweat! Can't wait to return back for more!

hands down best classes ever. The kindness you receive from the instructors are amazing and something you can't get anywhere else. They greet you by name and are always super nice! That goes a long way. Feels like a little family.

Loved Aaron's hot mat Pilates class. I booked without noticing it was hot (I don't enjoy hot yoga) but I acclimated pretty quick and ended up really enjoying it. I'm also not a Pilates expert and the class is as easy/hard as you want it to be. Aaron's also very friendly.

Great little yoga studio that does a wonderful job with it's space. I took Bailey's 9 AM class this past Monday and it was a great time. Good music. Good vibe. Great teacher. The space is beautiful. They really thread the needle between being open and secluded. This place is not a claustrophobic sweatbox and I appreciate that . They provide mats, mat towels, shower towels, blocks and weights. You don't need to bring anything other than yourself and a good attitude. This place is dope as all hell. Check them out. Thank you Bailey for the wonderful class!

Absolutely love this studio. Everyone who works there is warm, the aesthetic is almost too nice to be a fitness studio, it's immaculately clean, and every class is a challenge. Especially love the yoga FLOW with Emme-- A+ playlists, and so endlessly creative so each class feels unique/different yet she's also consistent. Also love the HIIT and Pilates classes. Five star studio!!
