We visited Silo on a chilly, grey winter morning. We had to put our names on the waitlist for a table, but it was absolutely worth the wait! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The cafe certainly lives up to its reputation for excellent food—everything not only tasted amazing but was also beautifully presented. It was definitely worth the trip all the way from West Berlin 🙂

This lovely cafe has amazing food and a chilled atmosphere. The flavors and textures of the dishes are truly impressive, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The only downsides are the limited seating space and the potential for noise when the cafe is full. The location is perfect if you like to visit Urban Spree.

This place is cute though a little noisy and cramped. The waiter was kind and put us on a waiting list upon arrival. After 25 min we got a cute table. Now on to the food: the mushroom bread was nice and loaded with mushrooms. The silo breakfast was alright. A little bit more avocado and maybe some kind of other spread would’ve been nice, a little dry for my liking. The avocado toast was good. In general, prices are quite steep: 15€ for 1.5 slices of sourdough plus toppings are rather expensive. Quality of the food was good though. Coffee very standard but that’s not a bad thing! I liked that every table got free water after sitting down.

Super cute place! Food was amazing. Drinks were mediocre but okay, I would probably opt for a coffee over their ginger beer/ juice options. Music was a bit too loud but other than that the place was very comfortable and the staff were very nice :)

We had the pancakes and "the silo". I personally didn't like the pancakes, but I can see how someone else would love them. "The silo" was very delicious; and they have iced coffee. Staff was kind, food was quick, and the vibes were rad.

Theirs was probably among the best cafe food I have tasted. The home-made peach- bourbon sauce is a flavor bomb. I wish I could buy a bottle. Their coffee is good too. It’s a bit pricey though, as pricey as the food in LA, but at least the quality is not lacking and one need not to tip 20% on top. Recommended.

Pretty solid spot for breakfast or lunch. Went here mainly to try the beef brisket sandwich, which was also definitely my highlight! The banana bread was alright and the iced dirty chai was solid. It does get pretty packed, even on weekdays, and they don't take reservations so keep that in mind.

I had a strong latte and the fruit granola bowl. The coffee was great and the latte was a good size, not one of those massive glasses that gets served in Europe where all you taste is milk (I did get a double shot). The granola and yoghurt bowl that I had was also very good. The fruit was well ripened and sweet, and the granola was very tasty and had nice flavours of cinnamon and other warm spices and a good crunch. The yoghurt was not too tart and the flavours all balanced and mixed well together. There was a nice addition of some baby basil leaves which cut through the sweetness and added a unique fragrance and flavour to the dish. Definitely one of the better granola bowls I have had. The service was good, you scan a QR code on your table to view the menu but order with the wait staff who come to your table. They are all well spoken in English. The atmosphere is nice. It reminded me of an upmarket Australian brunch spot. The bathrooms were clean and so was the venue. Would I recommend you try this place? Yes Would I come back here? Yes

This place does not deserve the one-star reviews left by people who didn't even get to taste their food, which is actually really good. The sour dough bread they use is pleasantly tart, smashed avocado is fresh and citrusy and their house-made hot sauce is a flavor bomb. Highly recommended for weekdays when it is still busy but there are no lines.

Outdoor ambiance was nice, waiting for our table for 40 minutes on a Sunday morning meanwhile drinking a Cappuccino took time but completely understandable. Once seated we ordered right away, within 5-8 minutes our food was served. "The Silo" which had perfectly poached eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes and fresh avocado was excellent. The kimchi mayo was a pleasant addition to the toast which was a bit tough. Luckily once you cut those perfect eggs with a beautiful orange color oozing out, it turned the bread into a lovely sponge to clean up your plate. "The Mushroom on Toast with Truffle" had my nose sniffing for that amazing aroma and had to steal a bite to try, I was not disappointed despite the quantity. All in all satisfied except for the service which was mediocre and nothing memorable... Pricing was a tad bit high but with organic and clean produce such as these, it is worth it. Give this place a try! Great spot to eat alone, with friends, family (not ideal for hungry children) or your partner/lover.

Food never disappoints! And it comes out really fast - don't have to wait for the food - just to the seated! Coffee is not the best and sometimes over roasted, but the food is worth that. Some of the regular team are amazing, but there are some inconsistencies in service. Definitely worth the delicious food!
