Really cool store that sells ice cream and a lot of other miscellaneous things such as games, stationary, etc. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from (flavors that aren't common elsewhere) - we tried the Coachella Valley Date ice cream and it was very nice.

Super cute...delicious ice cream and sundaes. Only problem was they were out of Coachella Valley Date Ice Cream (it's PERFECTION!!) The young woman working there was knowledgable, kind and let everyone sample anything....she knew good pairings too!!

Great little ice cream spot at the entrance of Palm Springs, we tried some of the more unusual flavors like rose water, lavender and birthday cake which were all delicious but they have more classic ones as well. As a bonus their toppings bar is free and self serve once you've purchased and ice cream :) The design of the store itself is very tasteful and well executed, overall a great place for kids and adults alike to cool off from the desert heat!

What a fun stop after dinner across the street at Sandfish! Props to them for the recommendation! Fun and unique flavors of ice cream with samples encouraged. We had the pomegranate, lavender and Coachella Valley Date. So YUM and great prices for homemade ice cream!

Nice little local ice cream shop. The flavors seemed a little limited but the did have a few good ones. I ended up with the peaches & cream and a banana flavored ice cream (can’t recall the name). Over all I would recommend giving this place a try if you are near by. The employees were also friendly and let you try as many flavors as you needed.

cute, little spot to cool off with ice cream. we tried the coachella date, macadamia, pumpkin, and a berry sorbet. i ended up getting the date, and hubs the berry. :-) yummy! no gluten free cone, in case ur gf. lovely gifts and art to buy for souvenirs or for yourself!

Expensive but clearly worth it Lots of exotic flavors from corn to avocado. The Mexican hot chocolate was out but I hear it it's fantastic. I found the service to be a little uneven, but they just opened up a few months ago and I'm sure they'll smooth that out. To paraphrase Pulp Fiction, "$7.50 milkshake, had better be a damn good milkshake! Sip sip sip. Damn that really is a very good milkshake!"

Have you ever heard of human beings having a second stomach for dessert? That's a known biological fact. Come here and indulge in some amazing flavors. Your second stomach will thank you.

Fun flavors such as ube and date. Fun shop with gift items and plenty of seats outside to enjoy your ice cream.

Service was ok Salted caramel ice cream was delicious. Salted chocolate chip had good flavor but chips were so hard I thought I would break a tooth so I didn't eat those. I would probably go again.

overpriced. I got Vegan chocolate ice cream. I couldn't really taste the chocolate. It was not bad but I don't think it's worth the price. Husband got birthday cake shake. He also thought it needed more flavor nothing stood out to him.

i came here a while ago (august 2023) and was pleasantly surprised! to be honest i didn't really have high hopes i just wanted some ice cream and it was the only place open late. the cashier marialy was really nice and helpful. the selection was overwhelming but they let me sample some and told me their recommendations. i ended up getting a lavender scoop and an ice cream sandwich. both i enjoyed. i came back recently and fell in love with their horchata ice cream and took a pint home! love the vibes of this little shop. you can tell there is attention to detail in every corner you look. AND THEY HAVE VEGAN FRIENDLY OPTIONS!!

Um... I was excited to try this spot based on reviews. Paid $14 for 2 single scoops on average ice cream. Nothing special, now the store part of this shop is so cute filled with trinkets and souvenirs.

Had a great work out this morning and I wanted a spectacular scoop of ice cream, this place hit the spot! I had the sweet cream ice cream in a pretzel cone! Even grabbed a bag mini cookies that were crazy good! I want to eat these cookies every day!

If you appreciate good ice cream, this is the place. Not a lot of flavors but what they have is spectacular. We were in the mood for some ice cream and stopping here was arbitrary and random - sometimes you just get lucky! We were greeted promptly and offered samples of the several unusual flavors. Those mini spoon servings really helped us decide. Don't think you can go wrong with any selection.

This is such a cute little ice cream shop with fast and friendly service and a yummy selection of old classics and eclectic flavor choices. It was so hot while we were visiting Palm Springs, so we popped in here before heading on a mid mod house tour. We sat outside and enjoy the mist, the cute decor and delicious ice cream. I had the mango and blood orange sorbet and they were both so yummy.

I came here with my friends bc it's so hot in cali and we were all craving for ice cream and milkshakes and this place popped up on the map and we definitely wanted to give this place a try since we came to visit. I got a Large Lavender ice cream and with tax it came up to $10.87. Honestly it was really good, I've never had lavender ice cream before only had it in milk team form and this was delicious. I appreciate this place for having coconut milk option as well because I am lactose and tolerant so whole milk would've gave me diarrhea seriously.. This place is also vegan friendly! huge plus on that one. The service was great and she was really friendly too. Thank you for a great recommendation!

This shop has unique flavors such as lavender, honey Coach, Coachella Valley date, and birthday cake. They have vegan and sugar-free flavors, but the consistency of the ice cream is the issue. The ice cream seems like it has been slightly melted and refrozen so it's got icy chunks and is not creamy and smooth. The shop is cute and has water bottle stickers, lip, glosses, shirts,totes, another fun items.

This has got to be the worse ice cream that I've ever paid for. I got their version of their Rocky Road, but it had graham crackers, while my wife got their Mint Chip. The Rocky Road graham crackers tasted very stale so we basically took a few bites and threw it away. We probably should have went back and tried to get a refund, but we were too far by the time we started eating it. I think it was mentioned in another review that their ice cream was also stale, so make sure you sample their ice cream before you buy. The Mint Chip was better, but no better than cheap ice cream you might buy at a supermarket. It was very watered down and lacked flavor. I'm very, very surprised that this place has so many good reviews, even by other Elites. I would be cautious going here and make sure you taste a sample before you purchase.

This place is connected to the ARRIVE hotel in Palm Springs. + I was able to try several flavors. They were all delicious. + I ended up getting the Mexican chocolate. It was chocolatey with a pretty strong cinnamon flavor. I liked it! + My husband got one that was similar to rocky road. It was very good as well. + They also sell other items like cute stationery.

IYKYK I LOVE ice cream. Any of my close friends will tell you, if I've been to a city, I can tell you the ice cream spot(s) to hit up. Ice Cream & Shoppe is one of those places now! They have the cutest shop inside with fun things like stickers and home decor. Their selection of flavors definitely made it hard to choose! I went with lavender and my husband got pomegranate chip which he raved about! It's a perfect stop for a cool treat on a hot Palm Springs day!

Vegan options - including date! It's so delicious. They use real dates. We go every day when we are in town. The store has a small shopping gift area which is super cute. They have the best vegan date shake in town. Trust me.

What a cute ice cream shop and it was absolutely delicious! They had things other than ice cream as well since they were attached to a gift shop. It was so yummy! I ordered the lavender but I also tried the avocado. Ice cream was the perfect consistency and was not too frozen. I would definitely go back

A cozy little ice cream shop with some interesting flavors. Compared to other ice cream shops around town, they made the strange choice to lock their doors and force you to order via a website. Fine for the tech savvy like myself, but I saw some less technologically fluent folks getting really frustrated. Date Ice Cream: Creamy ice cream base with lots of chewy date bits. Very rich and sugary. Definitely feeling this one. Lavender Ice Cream: Was a bit hesitant to try this because my experience with lavender sweets (especially those hard candies) is that they're way too perfume-y! But the enormous amount of Yelp photos convinced me to give it a try. Turns out the lavender was quite mild against the milky ice cream base. Definitely tasted it, but it wasn't overwhelming. It pairs quite nicely when the other scoop is somewhat neutral.

Fun little spot to grab an ice cream and browse their wares. We needed a little snack between meals and it hit the spot. Friendly service and good ice cream. The shop was fun to browse as well. No split scoops was a bit of a bummer, and prices were high but commensurate with California overall. We'd return.

Ice Cream & Shoppe is definitely a cute little spot to check out. They are an ice cream shop and a gift shop as well. They have a small patio area outside for you to enjoy your ice cream. I was excited that they had green tea ice cream because not every ice cream shop has it. The ice cream was creamy and I got it in a cake cone.

Lily, the manager was very sweet and attentive. She suggested a few of her favorites and I chose a scoop of pumpkin . I received a generous scoop on a regular cone. The pumpkin flavor along with the spices were robust. I was very happy with the flavor. On the other side of the ice cream shop is a small area with neon lights, colors stuffed animals, notebooks, stickers, totes and other accessories. There was an eclectic plethora of trinkets to purchase. It was definitely a nice surprise. You can also order from them online.

We walked here for ice cream after Sandfish on a Sunday evening. We ordered 3 scoops to share ($8-9): macadamia nut, sweet corn, and black sesame. The flavors are unique especially for the Coachella Valley, which I appreciate. Also vegan friendly. The service was prompt and friendly. This shop has a lot of fun local trinkets, cards, pins, etc that make good souvenirs and gifts.

This is one of those IG spots! Their ice cream flavors aren't your regular chocolate and vanilla. They have some pretty crazy flavors here like avocado, lavender something and other exotic flavors. There is also a small shopping section with some cool little items for the younger crowd. Overall this is a cool little spot for ice cream and to do some fun shopping.

Love love love this place. Came in about 5 mins before they closed. The employees were super nice and still let me look around. They had so many cute items, perfect one of kind gifts. The ice cream was also really tasty and over worth the price. The shop does have seating outside so if you wanted to enjoy it there. It was pretty late when we went so we took ours to go. I would recommend coming here for a fun date or just to bring the kids. Place was super clean and adorable

Went on a weekday night with a big group of friends who had an intense craving for ice cream. We ended up ordering 4 pints: Mexican chocolate, dates, cookies n cream, and mint chocolate chip. My favorite was easily the Mexican chocolate; loved the spices and flavor. The date ice cream was a close second given how unique it is. Also loved that they gave unlimited toppings. Would definitely be back!

Such a cute find! We were just driving around Palm Springs to look at mid century modern homes and Christmas lights. We passed by this location and had to stop for an evening bite. The inside looks so cute with novelty items and fun trinkets. Due to covid, we couldn't browse inside but I will definitely be stopping by again. The ice cream was so so delicious. We got lavender and date! The flavors were bold and creamy. Love the outdoor receptacle where you can pick up your orders. You use an online order service to send in orders and they bring it out. 10/10 flavor 8/10 retail space!

What a cute little ice cream shop this is. Definitely a diamond in the rough I thought. Wife and I had a late dinner at a sushi spot across the street and we were craving for some ice cream after our meal so we walked across and checked out this spot. I ordered one of their popular ice cream flavor which had vanilla and dates, I believe it is called Coachella dates. They also had Ube ice cream which caught my attention so I had to sample it. I decided to get the dates because it was unique and the wife had some coffee flavored which I'm not a fan of. The wife explored their little shop that had some really cool trinkets and books. The next day, we went back to try the other flavors and of course, I had my Ube craving fulfilled. Will definitely come back the next time we visit.

First time at ice cream & shoppe and it was so cute! We came in on a Sunday night a couple hours when it was about to close. Staff was accommodating and most of the ice cream had excellent flavor. Toppings are included on the right side of the register and they have punch cards as well. Some of the topping were gone and there were only Crumbs left. On the other side of the ice cream shop lays the shop portion where you could buy trinkets and nick nacks for someone's birthday or any festivities or decor for your room, which ever you prefer. There were also a few books that were an interesting read.

Absolutely loved, loved, loved this ice cream spot, it's cute, it's simple but the flavors & ice cream are delicious. Unlimited toppings are on the right hand side by the register. The staff here was always nice & patient. I love it when ice cream shops don't have rules on how many flavors we can try....here it's unlimited so that was a huge plus. My two favorites were the rosewater & lavender flavor ice cream. I came to this place twice while visiting because I loved the staff I also wanted to checkout the little store they have on the side with a lot of cute stuff you can take for yourself or as souvenirs. The 1st time I came it was too crowded & I didn't get a chance to check out what they were selling besides ice cream. Cheap prices, great staff, I wish we had this shop in L.A. If you come to Palm Springs, come check this place out they have a lot of good flavors such as: Mexican Chocolate, Pistachio, Dates, Champagne Sorbet, Salted Caramel Crunch to name a few. The employee mentioned the flavors rotate so I was glad I got to try my two favorites rosewater & lavender.

Post brunching at Reservoir, I knew I had to try this place! I missed it the last time I came to Palms, so I definitely remembered to swing by today. Super instagram aesthetic friendly, usually street parking, but you can just valet, and super cheap! I got two scoops, one lavender and one champagne for only $4! And a cone was a $1 add on. The customer service was great and I loved the decor and pastel theme going on, and just like you read it - free toppings. The toppings station is very messy but still thoughtful. Definitely coming back next time!

We love this place! The flavors are so...shall we say, flavorful? Such a fun addition to Palm Springs in the ARRIVE resort. The Palm Springs gift shop inside the scoopery serves as a perfectly instagrammable backdrop for your ice cream photos. Oh, and the staff are so nice!

Ice Cream Shoppe is a cute little ice cream shop with a shopping area on the side for fun gifts and souvenirs. It's very picturesque and will definitely fulfill all of your Instagram goals for the day. I had a double scoop cup with sweet corn and birthday cake. It's funny because the sweeter one was definitely the birthday cake flavor. The sweet corn was yummy and even had corn kernels, but I'd say my winner was the birthday cake. They even have an unlimited toppings bar where you can pick and serve yourself any toppings you like once you're done ordering and paying. The shopping side of the store has a lot of cool gifts and unique items to Palm Springs. I ended up buying a card game for a friend and it was reasonably priced.

Finally made it here. The ladies working last night were wonderful. Very friendly, available and helpful. As a local I always want to find places to promote and support when friends and family come into town and this place is in the list. Custom, fresh and delicious ice cream flavors, super cute space with a unique shop on the side. After you get your cone or cup you can add your own toppings and let your inner kid have a good ol time pilling on all the sprinkles! Go here! They're great!

Yum! What a cute spot. Came here after dinner for some dessert. My big got a sundae and I got a Monday Milkshake deal. But, instead of a dairy filled "milk"shake, she made me a coconut water with strawberry sorbet. So refreshing! Toppings are complimentary so I topped mine off with some mini gummy bears. There is also a cute store attached to it with your Palm Spring essentials from sun bum to floaties to last minute Bach party items. Must stop in!

Delicious is an understatement. I had the dulce de leche ice cream and I was not ready for all the deliciousness. The shoppe is super cute and has all these great little finds. It's also a great place for bonding with friends or kids since they have Jenga and connect four available for customers to use in the outdoor seating. Sand fish is right across the street so dinner there and dessert here would be the perfect date!

Cute place! Loved my lavender ice cream. Not too lavender but just enough. Pretty affordable and a great way to beat the 100 degree weather.

Pretty good little spot at Arrive across the street from our Airbnb. They have a selection of treats, but you need to order online (you can do it there from your phone) and they bring it out to you (just being cautious for social distancing). I got the chocolate and the BF got a birthday cake flavor. Both hit the spot and the service was pretty quick. Great move on the online order, as going downtown was a nightmare of crowds for ice cream. Go here if you want to play it safe. There's also a nice little seating area to stop and enjoy.

We were staying at ARRIVE hotel and decided to check out this ice cream shop next door. We got 2 scoops of honey and 1 scoop of lavender. The honey was too sweet for my taste butttt the lavender was amazing. The staff were super nice too :). I will be returning to try more flavors.

It's a super cute little storefront in the Arrive Palm Springs hotel. Selections are limited, which forced Grouchypants to leave his comfort zone and try the Coachella Date ice cream, which was delicious. I had a float of Cappucino Crunch with seltzer water. You should try it! There is cute table & banquette seating out front in the shade which was comfortable in the 95 degree heat.
