Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the valet to the managers everyone was super friendly and helpful all the time. We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel went out of their way to make it memorable. All the staff interaction we had was really good therefore difficult to name individuals. Overall amazing stay.

This hotel has everything. The room is extremely clean and tastefully decorated. We booked full board, the choice of food is extremely good, the club lounge has everything and the food is first class. All cuisines are catered for. The staff are really attentive and friendly. The pool and beach are as per photos, fantastic. I would definitely recommend it. This hotel has it all. We had a wonderful stay for a week and I didn't want to go home.

The Sheraton is a nice hotel, with nice facilities, quick service, beautiful decorations and an amazing breakfast, but maybe overworked staff. They are so focused on providing quick services that they forgot hospitality. Everyone seems in a rush, very rarely someone would pause for even a genuine “hi”. Details about orders in breakfast or specific requests done when booking the room, would often be missed (though quickly rectified). They would definitely not go above and beyond for anything - just the bare minimum to accommodate basic requests. Only Mr Eaugine, one of the the waiters at breakfast buffet, was kind and provided actual 5 star service. Overall it’s a great hotel, but maybe they need more staff, so that staff can take their time with customers.

I have to recognize the breakfast manager Lidjo and the breakfast staff Saru , Rajesh and Angel have given spectacular treatment to my family and I. A big thank you to Dhruba for the amazing bedroom decorations and all you delivered. I could not ask for anything better than what we received. Thank you Sheraton Doha for the outstanding service and thank you to your team .

Terrible service at the beach. Be prepared if you're an in house guest coming in the morning to the beach and keeping your personal belongings on sunbeds and going later for breakfast to come back to the sunbeds being occupied by other people and your personal belongings to be moved away as if it fell down. Very common practice where lifeguards are moving belongings of other people to accommodate "regular" visitors and pretend that your things were magically moved by itself and regular guests conveniently found spots empty... Same lifeguards accommodating same guests... And manager assuring that all guests are treated equally...not quite! Lifeguards are not aware of how things were moved and by who! As this keeps repeating be careful perhaps on day your belongings will disappear or get demages as mine was... As sunscreen bottle left in sun melted.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Grand Doha, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The check-in process was seamless and quick. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They took the time to explain all the amenities and services available, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the Doha skyline. It was equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for, including a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, and it truly felt like a luxurious escape. The dining options at the hotel were superb. I had dinner at the on-site restaurant, which offered a diverse menu with both local and international dishes. The food was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. The staff during the breakfast and lunch times were incredibly helpful and a massive shout out to Lijo, Ei Phyu, Rajesh, Saru, Chef Nevio, Charlton and Melisa (and not forgetting Mohammed the housekeeper who was brilliant too)who went above and beyond every day to provide an exemplary service. They made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Overall, my stay at Sheraton was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding dining, and exemplary service made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.
