Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel

We just came back from the most wonderful stay at Sheraton Doha, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. We’ve stayed in some of the best hotels around the world, but this one truly stands above all expectations.|From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The service everywhere — in the restaurant, housekeeping, and especially the Club Lounge — was outstanding. The food in the lounge was delicious, but what really made it special were the people. The staff there were so kind, genuine, and friendly — they made us feel like family. Huge thanks to Hazal, Key, Qayyum, Shomitiri, Mouran, and Gita — you are all amazing!|Housekeeping was also fantastic. Our room was always spotless, and they surprised us every day with creative towel figures — such a lovely touch. A special thanks to Prem for that!|It was also my daughter’s 21st birthday, and the way the team celebrated with us was just beautiful — a cake and singing in our room, and then drinks and celebration in the lounge. It was so thoughtful and truly unforgettable.|Even by the pool, the staff were always there to help with towels, chairs, and anything we needed — always with a smile.|The hotel itself is stunning — stylish, clean, and perfectly maintained — but what really makes Sheraton Doha so special is the people who work there. Their warmth, honesty, and genuine care made our stay something we’ll always remember.|We will definitely be back soon. Thank you all for making our holiday the best ever! 💖

We are returning guests to this hotel, and we enjoyed it once again tremendously. This is the first 5 star hotel in Doha, and you can feel its importance and history anchored deep within. The hotel has this charm, yet they keep carefully updating and renewing, hence, all is top-notch, yet it has this charm. We appreciate the attentiveness of the staff across the various departments of the hotel which is just outstanding, to name a few: Executive Lounge: Qayyum, Hazal, Suraj, Gita - thanks a lot for your fantastic service combined with a delicious food offering in the lounge all days we were there. Al Hubara restaurant: Lijo, Rajesh, Aye, Olya, Cheynived, Rayana and check Marouane - thanks for the wonderful service and the delicious food offering. We were welcomed by Dhylatov at reception and treated with a wonderful room (Rabina took good care of us). Overall, we enjoyed the time at the Sheraton and we will surely plan another visit.

Amazing experience, very happy we spent time here😍 From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with modern amenities and a beautiful view. The housekeeping team kept everything clean and well-stocked throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a wide variety of fresh options. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Honestly, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Doha for the second time. We first stayed here in 2024. We were amazed and impressed by how a hotel built several decades ago maintains and offers its guests such a high level of service, food, and comfort. The hotel is located in the very center, near office buildings, and boasts arguably the best beach in the city. It's small but very cozy. I'd especially like to mention the beach staff and the resort team. Jeevan Ajit has been our beach assistant for two years. He's a great guy, always ready to help. I also want to mention the excellent breakfasts and the team of chefs, waiters, and managers. Chef Maroune was always polite and interested in how we liked the food; such care and genuine interest are very pleasant. Rajesh, with his unusual cool appearance and special attitude towards guests, also left a lasting impression. He left behind warm memories, as did many of the waiters: Rayana, Adam, Amina, and Nerissa. We remember with gratitude all the Russian-speaking staff and Asel, whose interactions were filled with warmth and care. Finally, I want to highlight the excellent work of the maid, Rabina, and all the staff who helped with cleaning. A huge thank you to everyone! We'll definitely be back next year! See you there!

I was in many hotels in Doha. In my opinion it is the best hotel in Doha - The traditional luxurious hotel. It is classy. It is quite not noisy as Marriotts new concept hotels. I prefer to stay in Sheraton. It has got sandy and stone beaches, various sport fields and lounge. The people at Sheraton club are great. I have never experienced such a great service as here. I can not give anything else then 5 starts.

I spent one day at the Sheraton, and it was truly wonderful! The staff were amazing — kind, attentive, and professional. I really enjoyed my time there because everyone was so nice and caring.||Special thanks to the golden people, Justin and Ahmed — you made my day unforgettable!

My stay at Sheraton hotel in doha was excellent. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms wee spacious and clean with beautiful views, and the facilities, from the pool to the beach to the gym wee top-notch. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a perfect mic of comfort, luxury, and great service. Highly recommended!

We stayed over for two nights at the end of our holidays. Room 903 We were greeted by Filip and his staff who looked after us really well The service and attention to detail was second to none They were the highlight of our visit. We ate in the hotel at the Asian buffet , the choices and quality was fabulous . The hotel and grounds were a joy to spend time in. We were sad to leave but were given a magnificent chocolate and strawberry cake for our journey home to UK. Highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. A real gem. Thank you
