Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.||A real highlight is the pool service! Jamil, Amine, Ismail, Jeevan and the rest of the pool team are very attentive and professional. Sunbeds are comfortable, towels are always ready, and drinks are served quickly with a smile. You truly feel well taken care of.||I highly recommend this hotel, both for the quality of the accommodation and the outstanding service, especially at the pool. I will definitely come back!

My family (including two boys) stayed at the resort for ten nights between August 9th and 19, 2025, for our first family holiday to Doha. Let me begin by highlighting the resort’s iconic status in Doha West Bay, offering both sea and city views and approx 30min from the Airport.||The resort boasts a wide range of characteristics and features, including a grand lobby, restaurants, rooms, swimming pools, beachside views, and fitness areas. Its location is ideal, situated near the Souk, malls, Lusail, and West Bay. The hotel attracts locals for the ambience in fine dining.||We were fortunate to have a lovely sea view room with a connecting suite, providing breathtaking views. The dining experience was exceptional across all the restaurants, with attentive staff available for every need some special thanks to Mushkin, Yeogish, Phil, Roxana , Nitin, Poolside team and housekeeping to name a few. ||Half-board meals should be sufficient, as there are also numerous dining options available outside the resort at reasonable prices.||The only thing I feel the resort can improve on is the entertainment around the poolside and in the evening in the main lobby area . Although they do have a lively pianist and musician everyday. ||I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to couples, families, and business travelers, as it caters to diverse preferences. ||I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mohammed Jassim M Abdullah and his team for their exceptional service. We eagerly anticipate our return visit in the future.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Sheraton Doha. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding, thanks to Mr. Lijo and Ms. Mariya, who were both extremely professional, attentive, and warm throughout. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. It’s always pleasant working with Sheraton hotel . Our account is under Loubna the Sales Manager with the help of Ines. These 2 ladies went for vacation but what makes me so happy is that they were still communicating with us as far as Morrocco ( World Class Service - truly outstanding!) … Ines was fully messaging if all was well … …. Before they left , the 2 ladies made sure everything was in place and we are well taken care of, beautiful! ||||Come to the service team, Roy - The Banquets Director - leading by example thank you man… and ofcourse my superstars Bhumi and Jhoana .||||Bhumi and Jhoana were the same service team who assisted us on the first business breakfast so it felt like home as these 2 knows exactly how the set up should be like and how the service goes by hence it was soooo beautiful ! Completely faultless . Welldone …. These 2 were present the whole event , and very ready to help with anything we requested . Thank you so much! ||||Our guests were super satisfied , plenty of food , hot served - thank you culinary team … I ddnt get any of their names but all of them were amazing ! Pass my regards . ||||The Alrayyan ballroom is big and beautiful . the foyer is amazing - so much space guaranteed for any event . ||||Sheraton , a place to be ! For any event - luxury service with clean staff, attentive , ever smiling as well. ||Incredible

We dine here today with our friends to celebrate one of our her birthday everything was good the food the ambiance is nice.. specially ISLA our server she is all friendly and smiley.. we love how she handle our table because of her out dine here made special.. we will come back soon. Thanks ISLA

Had an excellent stay at Sheraton Grand Doha during long layover on connecting flight! Nitik from Concierge was very helpful in organising Doha city private tour (4 hour) which was a wonderful experience of Doha! Appreciate staff courteousness and look forward to next trip with family!

Sheraton Hotel Doha is truly one of the city’s timeless gems. As one of the oldest hotels in Doha, its iconic pyramid shape and vintage interior design instantly take you back to the 1970s, offering a unique charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. The highlight for me was the beautiful private beach — well maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or a quick swim. The dining experience is equally impressive; the food is delicious and varied, but the standout is definitely the Um Ali — it’s simply a must-try and one of the best I’ve ever had! If you appreciate classic hospitality with a touch of nostalgia, Sheraton Doha is a great choice for your stay. Highly recommended!
