Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel

Good day. Actually I've been stay here in Sheraton hotel & resort for 1 night only It's one of unbelievable hotel. Nice view. Nice room. Everything is perfect. Appreciate it & thanks to all of team was provided excellent service as well . Especially big thanks to Mr. Ahmad as front office team. Whts kind people, friendly, he had given unbelievable service while reservation process to complete my beautiful journey there. Once again, well done Mr. Ahmad & nice to see you.

Stayed in this hotel Nov-24 and it was a great hotel. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and good food. We had the club lounge access and this was a great bonus and offered lots of food and drink. The room was spacious with a big bathroom that had a shower and bathtub. The hotel gave us a welcome fruit bowl on our first night which was a great extra. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great with ease of access for taxis. The inside of the hotel is large and has some great decoration. It does seem like a convention hotel so does host events and the lobby can sometimes get busy as it also has popular food places and people tend to come in to visit and eat. However, it didn’t impact our stay. It has a good pool area with activities to keep you entertained. Walking around the hotel it has the old classic look in terms of the carpets etc and our room did have some potential slow drainage issues which could be due to the age of the property. Sometimes you have a harp player or piano player in the lobby. The porter team are very helpful with baggage. Overall it was a good hotel, well worth the money and well located and would visit again.

Recently, on a day off, I visited the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel in Qatar and purchased a day pass. The hotel’s beach was beautiful, the pool was clean, and the jacuzzi pleasantly warm. The price was reasonable, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I particularly appreciated the complimentary water provided throughout the day. In the evening, I also tried the sauna, which was a perfect end to the day. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to spend a relaxing day in Doha.

Excellent hotel, very friendly indeed. The staff really could not do enough for my wife and myself. The bedroom was very spacious and the dining choice for breakfast was second to none. We are at the main buffet restaurant and the Indian restaurant, which was very nice. Thank you for a great stay.

Atrium lounge is one of the best places where you can have good vibes. I visited this place for the first time and I really admired everything here; the atmosphere, ambiance and the service as well. The staff here are so kind and welcoming. Amina was very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you for your kindness. And I’ll definitely came back ❤️

Even though it is one of the oldest hotels in Doha, the atmosphere and quality are better than many new 5-star hotels. The rooms are spacious they are equal in size of suites in other hotels. The sea view was amazing. Service is very quick whenever you ask for something. The lobby/breakfast restaurant are HUGE.

It was amazing experience for me and my friends when we went to Sheraton. We went to atrium lounge to have some drinks and all of the staff gave us wonderful experience. Thankyou for all the staff specially Jamali and Alyssa they were so nice. Surely will come back again

We had an amazing experience at the Atrium Lounge, Sheraton Doha. HSU provided exceptional service, ensuring our visit was enjoyable and memorable. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. We tried the Om Ali along with the Arabic coffee, and it was absolutely delightful—rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. A big thank you to HSU for making our time so special! Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great service and delicious treats in a relaxing ambiance.
