Chocolate and dark beer mix them and you get the most delicious, dangerous, addictive ancient black beer, the black inca. Willie warmer warms your..... soul 🤣, infused with star anise and cassia bar, brewed with chocolate malt. Read more on their website, if you like your dark beer, you will LOVE these beers.

Visit the home base of the legendary Aussie beer journalist Willie Simpson and partner Catherine. Very pleasant craft beer bar and garden in a craft beer desert. Home grown hops and a great selection of quality beer, mead and ginger beer.

Had an absolutely wonderful tour and tasting at Seven Sheds today. The setting is incredible, the beers are delicious and it was fascinating learning about the process, from growing the hops, to smoking, to bottling and everything in between. Thanks Willie. It was a real highlight of our time in Tassie.

Nice and relax atmosphere. Great 5 choices of beer sample. Just have it a try and select your favourite one. However, No food available at this place. Recommended for beer lover.

Australia Post took a while to deliver the case to Sydney but very happy with the product once it arrived. The beer tastes wonderful - I always prioritise looking out for Seven Sheds while in Tasmania on holidays. So glad they now deliver. Got to speak to the brewer (Willie) on the phone - gave me good advice. Great value for money. Fast reply to emails from Catherine. One of Australia’s best beers. I highly commend supporting great local producers - you won’t be disappointed.

Extremely Disappointing - no tour of the 7 sheds (didn’t even see 7 sheds) no Vats, no brewery just a bar with available beer. Waste of time as the beers were not good anyway for either of us.

A lovely spot to sit out and enjoy a brew in the sunshine. The tasting paddle was perfect!!

Yelp
Seven Sheds is a small brewery in Railton, Tassie. It is hard to spot as they have only small signage on the main road and is located in what looks like someone's shed. It's easy to overlook this brewery because they are not advertised in the usual tourist map. However I read about their victories and praises locally and knew we had to stop by. The owner seems to like to keep this brewery on a small/ boutique scale, when we visited you can look out at a the different hops growing at the back and there was 1 guy tending them lovingly. The brews here incorporate other local produce including the raspberries from Christmas Hill farm and the Inca dark chocolate stocked at House of Anvers. Give them a go and they can ship to you if you want some refill.
