Excellent bike repair shop, highly recommended from personal experience. We had two (slightly neglected) mountainbikes, a Wheeler and a Stevens, in for repair and got them back as good as new. Ludo took time to explain and recommend, and the bikes were ready at the agreed time. Service is excellent, with sms notification when you can come an pick up, and the work is really good. Prices were also very very reasonable, and they are noticably interested in doing a good job. I will surely return, nice, trustworthy people who know what they are doing.

This was the first time I was bringing my bike to this service and I have to say that I was fully impressed by the work carried out by a very professional and friendly team ! I have experience with several services already used in previous years, but this one of Piotr Miller was absolutely the best. Extraordinary competence, very good consulting in English language. I was expecting much higher costs than I had to pay and I can only recommend this bike service to anyone! Thanks a lot! From now on I will only go there!

4 stars because the bike was serviced as promised. But I need to mention that I am disappointed by their service. I came here for 2 reasons: because I read they speak English and they can maintain di2 gear. These points were exactly where I got disappointed. Communication in English was very difficult, and my questions were not understood. Plus, they told me I would get an sms when the bike is ready (max. 48h). After 5 days with no sms I called and they said my bike is ready but they were looking for somebody to speak english. I accept that someone is not fluent, but it is no excuse not to inform me via sms (with translator everyone should be able). They told me my di2 gear was serviced as promised, but they couldn't charge it because they didnt have the right charger. I asked them before if they needed my charger and they said no. So, overall professional bike service but customer service was very disappointing.

Z serwisu korzystałem przy okazji przeglądu rocznego w moim rowerze marki Canyon. Wybrałem ten serwis ze względu na autoryzację producenta a, że mam tu najbliżej jedyne 220 km i przy okazji przyjechałem na półmaraton to fajnie się złożyło. Duży plus za rezerwację terminu online, można sobie to zaplanować dużo wcześniej tak jak w moim przypadku unikając kolejek i długich terminów. Samo trafienie do serwisu jest specyficzne ponieważ mieści się on w piwnicy i nie wygląda intuicyjnie. Co do obsługi nie mam zastrzeżeń w czwartek oddany w piątek był gotowy a w sobotę zabrałem. Panowie wymienili łańcuch, wyczyścili i nasmarowali co trzeba. Rower jest nowy ma zaledwie trochę ponad pół roku więc nie był zajechany. Podejrzewam, że po sezonie pod koniec września w związku z półmaratonem warszawskim zawitam znowu. Pozdrawiam :)

Mega serwis, mega Panowie. Polecam i jeszcze raz polecam. Zrobili w 2 dni duży serwis LYRIC w czasie sezonu oraz dorobili tuleje do dampera w 1 dzień. Dlatego zdążę w góry na majówkę. Bardzo dziękuję, profesjonalnie. Tak powinno być!
