Stayed here for several nights and had a spacious corner room with a comfortable bed. The balcony would be wonderful in warmer weather. The bathroom had a walk in shower with good water pressure. ||The breakfast is a wonderful variety of delicious food. It was easy for us to find things that met our dietary needs and personal preferences. It is served with a view of the city and the mountains so it is just lovely. ||We liked everything about this hotel but the best feature was the kind and helpful staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and they were all friendly. We asked for restaurant recommendations and they sent us out for some of the best meals we had in a month of traveling. They helped us with parking, taxis, a rather difficult special request and more. All of this assistance came with courtesy and care. Special thanks to Maria who really went out of her way to assist us.||Overall this is a great place to stay in Klagenfurt because of the location, staff, food, bar, and the excellent room. ||The price was quite a value for everything you get.

Great hotel, well maintained, central location, within walking distance from the city center, affordable price.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are small but tastefully drsigned. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty. However, our room wasn't clean. The most disgusting part was finding pimple patches on top of the soap dispenser. I then decided to have a closer look at other areas and found lots of dust, bits in the shower tray etc.

Excellent location but little overrated with price. Bar works only until 22:00. Outside hotel looks very nice but the rooms are designed with not so much imagination. Same goes for the breakfast. The idea of ​​getting a free drink if you skip cleaning of the room is interesting and innovative.

Its was located close to restaurants and transport was easily available. Good for business as well as family. Staff was very cooperative

The hotel is in a perfect location, just 100 meters from main square. Dogs allowed. Room comfortable and offered outstanding view of city. Parking closeby at a big discount. Breakfast could be improved a lot, seemed like they lacked enough food and plates, which is really bad for the level of hotel. Rooftop bar was cool! Friendly service.

Hotel is very luxory, in the center of the Old Town. Super confortable rooms and beds. Very easy access to the hotel. Fantactic view from the roof -top restaurant. Parking from Saturday/Sunday is free-of charge on the street. Garage is 2 minutes walk. Kalgenfurt has very interesting architecture. Nice solution for city break tour.

A very nicely renovated hotel with very nice architecture from the outside and a modern interior. The beds were very soft to the first touch, but they sleep incredibly well. The breakfast was exclusive and very rich. A room with a view of the Alps on the 5th floor - a very good move! Up to this moment, the hotel has an uncompromising 5 stars for me. BUT! The staff. Such strict compliance with the rules does not belong to higher category accommodation services. We arrived at the hotel later than planned. We wanted to have one quick drink at the roof bar and go to sleep. 3!!! the employees spent 5 minutes explaining why they couldn't pour us a drink in an otherwise full bar. It was funny how they devote all their capacity and energy to this explanation. So we went to sit in the nearby center for half an hour. Since we arrived later in the evening than planned, we wanted to stay in Klagenfurt an hour longer the next day. I asked at the reception about the possibility of moving the check out a little so that we don't have to walk around the city under time pressure. Again a strict notice that exceeding check out at 12:00 will be charged 15 euros until 14:00. As they say in Slovakia: "this would not happen in Austria".
