They always have so many cute stuff to choose from. In this time, I got some baby gifts for my friend. My friend really liked a note book which mother writes a message each page for her baby. Someday this note book will be a special gift to her baby. It’s such a lovely book.

Scout is my favourite store in Toronto - hands down. A female-owned business that supports local / Indigenous / Canadian / artisan works .. what more could you be looking for?! I go every time I have a birthday to grab a beautiful card and gift for a pal. Thanks for all you do!! ❤️

My go-to place for cute cards & gifts! Always interesting things in stock, an unmatched selection of cards for every occasion, and so many locally made products too. Very lucky to have this shop in the neighbourhood!

A gem of a shop, they are always first on my list for gifts, cards, seasonal decorations, souvenirs for visitors, and everything in between. Brilliant curation, environmentally concious, friendly staff, cozy vibes. Proud to say I have been a loyal customer since the beginning. I remember my first purchase from thirteen years ago: a handmade bracelet, and the lovely owner, Leah, who sold it to me. Scout instantly became one of my all-time hands-down favourite shops in Toronto, and my feelings remain the same to this day. Although we have moved away from the city, I continue to shop Scout's wonderful offerings online, every chance I can get. The merch they carry is of top notch quality and is so very thoughtfully curated. There really is something for everyone. Scout is such a cute shop in Roncesavlles Neighbourhood. A great selection of unique and thoughtful gifts for all occasions. The store though small but all their items is displayed nicely with great presentations. Great place to pick up gifts for that special someone that appreciate better things in life.

Outstanding communication and response to a shipping that Canada Post messed up. Will definitely buy from them again, even though I live across the country, in Vancouver.

Lately I've been doing this really masochistic thing where I go to these amazingly cute stores that sell all sorts of wonderful things that I fawn over and want but fall way at the bottom of the list of spending priorities after rent and food and stuff. Scout is definitely high on that list. This shop stocks housewares, accessories, skincare, jewelry, laptop sleeves, t-shirts, keychains, buttons, even BABY STUFF. TINY LITTLE BABY BOOTIES. Don't even get me started. I had to get out of there before it got dangerous, but not before buying the most perfect card. Total damage: $5.65. I will be back. I always pop by here when I'm in the 'hood. They always have beautiful displays and fun gift-y items. They have a nice selection of cards as well as a wide selection of gifts for any occasion from birthdays, hostess gifts, wedding/baby showers, housewarmings... I especially like their cute and girly jewellery and creams by leaves of trees (they smell sooo good!). Staff and friendly and smiling!

This super cute shop is just what Roncy needed and frankly gives Frock a run for their money. If you are a fan of Outer Layer or Red Pegasus, you'll love their quirky and often local finds. I've come here a few times before and after Christmas and the stock is always fresh and fun without the clutter. This place is great! My boyfriend could spend a day in there... Nice selection of items that would be good gifts for a large variety of people (read: the non-hipsters in your life). I like that many of the things in the store come from across Canada too. Great place! Check it out!

This is a really fun store. Lots of gift-y things to buy or things just for you. It has baby stuff, baby books, Erin Templeton leather bags, soaps, and a lot of little bit of everything Canadian which I love. The stuff is also higher quality here, so don't expect a store that only has cheap knick-knaccky kitschy items made in China.

Exploring the Roncesvalles area before meeting a friend for dinner, I came upon this cute shop. Inside, I was instantly in love. Carrying independent Canadian designers, this shop houses a bit of everything. Letterpress cards, handmade jewelery, baby booties, hand knit scarves, and nifty notebooks. I wanted everything. I must have spent a whole half an hour in there, just browsing and looking through everything. It reminded me of one of the many shops that I adore in Portland. Definitely on my visit list for Toronto when I return!

I bought some coasters and beautiful earrings here. The staff were all super nice. They also had gorgeous greeting cards, as well as candles and cute gifts.

Very cute shop! Always love to find little goodies and cards and gift items. Some of it is a bit kitschy, but most of it is very cute. You can spend a lot of time in here, and also a bit of money, but you can find something for everyone on your list without breaking the bank. It's close to my house, so I stop by all the time.

When I first discovered this shop I instantly fell in love with it. The fact that they carry Canadian designers is a huge plus. If you are looking for a unique gift, this is a perfect place to browse in. I love reading the funny greeting cards, always brings a smile to my face. They have journals, books, coasters, mugs, pillows, candles, jewelry, baby stuff, t-shirts, tea towels etc etc. Sales staff are also fantastic! Highly recommend checking this place out.

Their entire selection of greeting cards seems very one-note. The staff was also being very disrespectful to another customer in the store, I can't say I was very impressed at all.

Very sweet little store. I checked it out on the opening weekend and it was wonderful. Really cute screen printed items and some great jewelry.

The young lady who sits there is the owner-always pleasant. I love the hand creams, the baby stuff -all priced well. I wish she would have more differenr variety of things-because everything is so lovely!

Really well curated giftware by artists and craftmakers. Very friendly staff as well and reasonably priced. This is a great place to go if you need a great gift for someone and don't know what to get them. There's something for everyone and you can feel good about supporting a great store and great artists while you do it.

you can tell the owner seeks out interesting and UNIQUE items - there are things in scout that i haven't seen anywhere else. the variety of items is incredible, given the small space. the prices are completely en par with what you'd expect and i have to say - i've yet to have a negative experience with their customer service. in fact, the exact opposite.
