The service was good, the hotel is clean and safe, the staff was really friendly. My trip took a really long time and the staff made me feel almost at home. People were genuinely interested in your well-being. The hotel's breakfast table is fantastic and the rooftop pool bar is cozy and great.

I’ve been staying at Sankara whenever I visit Nairobi over the past 10 years. I love the ambience and decor, it’s not like all other generic luxury hotels, but has a distinct African flavour. But most importantly the staff is fantastic and I’m treated like a friend every time. I’ll especially thank the wonderful manager Joan! On my last visit I also met a young man named Nathan. He was excellent and I believe he has a great future in hospitality

Service was great. Actually planning on returning for a proper visit. Was there shortly but I enjoyed everything from reception to the room service. The staff were also professional and hospitable. Food was great. I must say it was an exceptional experience.

The most serene spot in Nairobi with amazing amenities. The pool and gym are amazing. The rooftop restaurant has great views, amazing food though they have changed the menu a bit, the new menu is still delicious. It’s a bit hard to get the staffs attention if you’re sitting near the edge of the roof which could be fixed by making sure they walk round a bit more often. Otherwise amazing place with amazing views

Amazing customer reception from the moment you step in thanks to Joan, quality food and drinks from all the restaurants and bar, thanks to chef jeff . I loved their level of professionalism and courtesy; cleanliness and hygiene is their top most rated element... I will definitely come again !!!

Sankara Hotel is a great place stay. It's customer service is excellent and facilities are very clean and luxurious. I enjoyed the room, gym, and the restaurants, including the rooftop views. I felt at home during my stay and enjoyed the excellent customer service throughout my stay.

Lovely hotel, good selection of restaurants, nice roof top bar, champagne and cocktail lounge as well. Amazing steak at Graze; very good security. Also very close to Sarit Centre mall.
