Salone Del Mobile

The salone del mobile was amazing. The event showcased innovative designs and trends. The creativity and craftsmanship on display were truly inspiring. Highly recommend visiting for anyone passionate about design and interior decor !

It was my first time to show my design concept at the Salone Satellite (the young designer exhibition within Salone Del Mobile) in April 2023. If you exhibit your project here, make sure you wear comfortable shoes. Also have a fully charged power bank ready, because I used the opportunity to make a lot of content for later. My neighbour Andreina R. made notes to all visitors, so she will not forget it later. You are in advantage if you can speak Spanish and Italian. The first two days of the week (Mon and Tue) were all the investors and journalists invited. From Wednesday to the end, the Salone del mobile opened to the public.

The fair is MASSIVE !!! We just managed to visit two pavilions only!

If the largest design fair needs to design cabinets for backpacks/small suitcases - I am here to help. it's a scandal that there is only one open storage room with a queue for 2 hours of waiting. We were informed that there was a second storage room (at the other end of the fair) but it turned out to be closed. not a very pleasant experience

Getting a ticket at the reception is the worst and slowest experience I ever Saw at a fair: per person it took about 10min to get ALL the data in the computer. Although this was managed by a person and not a terminal. Horrible! And then having visitors with Chinese, Japanese or Indian letters - impossible. Atthe end I had to wait 1 hour to get my ticket and even had to pay 10€ more than online ?! Oh yea I tried to get the ticket online, but simply didn’t receive the OTP.
