Salmuera

We were looking for a nice Latin American restaurant and this is definitely it. Very good menu with variety of dishes from different places. The steaks are juicy and they do it as you like. One of the best Argentinian steaks we've had in Amsterdam. Try their signature cocktails!! Really recommend this place!!

Latin American restaurant with great seafood dishes and amazing desserts. Their chocotorta is one of those desserts that stays in your memory for months and makes you want to return again and again. The steaks left me a bit disappointed—they’re just okay, but I expected more from a place like this. Starters are tasty but overpriced. Expect to spend approximately 65 EUR per person for a main, starter, drink, and dessert. The restaurant is spacious but gets busy in the evening, so I recommend booking a table in advance. Atmosphere, staff - all good, but nothing special. But still, I can recommend the place - mainly because most of their dishes are above average and everyone can find something for themselves.

I love Salmuera, great option for a very nice meal with friends or girls night, very interesting bar menu, mezcal, cocktails and pairings for the food. Is always a nice experience! For the first time attending as a walk-in and did called previously but was told to able to sit on the bar or come over to see and at the end when arrived they sat us immediately! The staff is always very kind and attentive!

We visited this Restaurant for the 3rd time, the first two times were in April and Yesterday again and the quality of the food was exactly the same as it was more than half a year ago - excellent. The empanadas were divine, the Steak juicy and the dessert the best we ever had. The service was warm and very friendly. We will come again-thank you!

A Latin American restaurant with with meat and seafood dishes in a rustic setting. The service was attentive and friendly, but the entrecôte I ordered was tough and full of nerves. They did replace it, which was appreciated, but the meat didn’t meet my expectations, especially for the price. Cozy and friendly atmosphere, but the quality of the meat could be better.

First time at Salmuera and I liked it a lot. It's a Latin American restaurant, mostly with Argentinian and Mexican dishes. I loved the empanadas and the 4 fingers quesadilla but everything was good. Nice selection of wine, spirits and cocktails. Friendly service from the staff. It's usually full so it's highly recommended to make a reservation. The only thing I didn't like is that tables are very close and it can be a little uncomfortable.

The food was amazing and the steak was flavorful and tender. I’d definitely recommend their tiradito, as it was a nice twist on the Peruvian classic. The chocolate cake is also a must have, and I’d skip the flan, it was less wow than the rest.
