Highly recommend their lunch box. Plenty of food at a fair price, and comes with a cupcake too. We walked in at 10:30 on a Monday and were waited on immediately, no line. Can't wait to come back!

I had the turkey sandwich box lunch with chips, a taste of potato salad and a chocolate frosting cupcake. < it was soooo good. The turkey was really and not processed meat. And the whole grain bread was soft and yummy. < The potato salad was the best. No store brought weirdness flavor. Taste very homemade. < I never had a cheese wafer but it was interesting to try. > Calling the establishment is the worst with the automatic system. I wish they had maybe one more person just to answer the phone.

Sally Bell's Box Lunch is the quintessential Southern meal. It comes with your choice of sandwich, 1 side, deviled egg half, cheese wafer (w/ a pecan half on top), and a cupcake or small pie. 🥧 Everything is hand made and quite tasty! 😋 You can taste the love ❤️ in every bite! 🥰 Check ✔️ them out next time you're traveling Broad Street at lunch time and there is a great museum (old train station) across the street.

My wife and I haven’t ordered from here in a while. We ordered 2 pounds of potato salad and picked it up yesterday. Normally the potato salad is delicious , however the 2 pounds of potato salad we received yesterday had 1 pound of sugar in it.

Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to visit in several years. So I was super excited to visit yesterday. I was driven by my 'need' for the potato salad, but must admit I got pretty much some of everything (potato salad- oh yeah, got 5 pounds- deviled eggs, Smithfield country ham sandwiches, a chicken salad lunch & some of each type cupcake - whew) 😁! And I was not disappointed!!! The food is as delicious today as when I first discovered Sally Bell's in the 1980's - everything was absolutely awesome!! I introduced my 23 year old son to the wonders of Sally Bell's and he thought the food was great and can't wait to go back. I so appreciate the wonderfully delicious food that Sally Bell's keeps making, they rank right up there with Ukrop's, in fact I would place Sally Bell's just above Ukrop's. I can't wait to visit again 🌟🌟😀

There's so much good food in the area for a much better value. $13 and not even a drink? The staff seemed unhappy and annoyed by customers. Everything was so terribly sugary from the bread to the potato salad. No creativity in the food at all. Low end grocery store deli food. And that thing with the pecan on it was soggy and made me regretful that I had wasted my lunch here, but thankful that now I know! I feel a little sick after eating here. Would not recommend.

Everything was absolutely incredible! The cupcakes were light and fluffy while still having a lot of flavor, and the potato salad was fabulous! We tried the classic chicken salad and egg salad sandwiches which were perfectly seasoned with just a happy bit of spice. We will definitely be back!!

Super Cute! Love the packaging. Its literally a lunchbox of tasty items. I ordered the tuna sandwich & potatoe salad. The tuna had sweet relish and mayo as my mom would make it. A fresh crunch of iceberg lettuce on wheat bread was the perfect touch. Potato salad had a good flavor. You could taste the strawberries in the icing on my cupcake. Deviled egg was chilled. Cheese wafer was a fun bite. Satisfying lunch for the price. Hardest part is getting there during open hours. A must try if you are a newbie.
