Awesome food, just delicious 😋 n yummy. Mouth watering experience. Feel like coming daily but can't come. But will try to come weekly here with friends n family.

Don't expect a fine dining atmosphere. But, the food is delicious. Kebabs are delicious, soft and succulent. Little difficult to find through google maps. Ask the passerby, they will, point in the right direction. Not crowded. Service is fast.

I wouldn't mind dying & surviving hell if they pack me enough of their Kakori Kebabs.

Only a foodie can appreciate this place!! Mind blowing shammi kebab and biryani. Authentic Awadh taste. Boti kebab and mutton chop s a must try. Finding this place may be a bit tricky since its in a lane but that shldnt stop u from visiting this place. Car can easily b parked and u can enjoy ur food sitting inside the car or inside the restaurant.

Sakhawat restaurant is a well known restaurant recognised as a Heritage restaurant in Lucknow, they claimed themselves a heritage restaurant. I went there with a lot of expectations after seeing so many videos on YouTube and blogs on social media platforms, but literally this place disappointed me a lot. First of all it was opened late I went around 2 pm but the restaurant opened after 3 pm and the main dish which wanted to taste Kakori kebab was not ready. They told me to try their Friday only speciality Desi Chicken Biryani, for me it was not worth it. Very subtle taste with no flavours at all after that I tried their Shami Kebabs which were also just Okay okay type not good not bad. When I completed my meal they told me that Kakori kebabs are now ready so I tried that also and to my surprise that was the most disappointing dish of the day. There was no flavour and a very weird taste I don't know what the issue was but very tasteless preparation. Lalla Biryani at chowk have much better Biryani and Shami kebabs then this Heritage restaurant. It was totally waste of money and time for me.

Three star for the paratha and shammi kabab (must try), well cooked paratha, mutton biryani taste is pathetic but mutton is soft. Hygiene is a big problem here. Very small place and it may able to adjust maximum 10 people. Tables and utensil are stick and not properly cleaned. Would recommend for take away To much arrogance of the staff and they except cash only no online, UPI or card. So whatever you pay it convert into black money.

Only serves chicken and mutton dishes. The price is a bit on the higher side compared to other outlets. Some items are only available on certain days [like Kakori Kebabs are available only three days as listed in the menu]. Whilst the opening time is listed as 1400 hrs, food isn't available at that time. It easily takes an hour for the restaurant to open up. Probably the best time to go there is early evening/late afternoon. It is ~500m from KD SIngh Metro station.

Had mutton biryani,kakori kebab, boti kebab,pasanda kebab ( they serve in paste form) and parathe . The taste was very ordinary. The shop is over hyped. Maybe the taste has degraded over time.service was pathetic.the sitting area is very small and there is no parking space outside shop.
