Went during a weekend for brunch and even though we got there around 30mins after they opened, it got busy fast! We got the lox & egg sandwich w/crispy potatoes on the side ($21). It comes with cured salmon, scrambled egg, kale and the best part, the soft milk bun. The sandwich itself is good, not too heavy/rich for brunch, just salty enough for my liking and not dry either! Their crispy potatoes are a must, you have to try it to understand why everyone loves them. Overall, I would give the sandwich a 8.5/10 since I wish the portion size was a bit bigger. I also think the sandwich would benefit with some kind of spicy hot sauce on the side too.
For their baked goods, I highly recommend their carrot cake! It's moist and fluffy inside & the cream cheese icing ties everything together perfectly. I love enjoying it by taking small bites throughout the day because I want to savour it as much as I can. Their raspberry cruller is also very yummy but sometimes they sell out of their crullers so go early.
Downside is that parking is a headache so be prepared for that because it's located downtown. Also the space is on the smaller side, it can get quite noisy inside & sometimes you won't get a seat if you go during lunch hours.
