The Ronan Cafe was delicious! They accommodated our party of 6 and 1 child nicely. The cheddar jalapeño chicken wrap was delicious! It came with your choice of dressing -honey mustard, and a side. The sweet potato waffle fries were splendid, the French fries were good, the potato salad could have had more flavor, and the Mac and cheese was a step above Kraft and was creamy. The decorations in the restaurant were so cute and also for sale. There was only one cook, one expo, and one waitress and the food was delivered promptly even though the restaurant was very busy. They had a coloring sheet and crayons for our little one, which was nice. The dessert was spectacular and home made. We all shared the cinnamon roll and it was better than Cinnabon! We all agreed it was the best cinnamon roll ever. We also purchased the pecan square and apple square for later. The cookies were white and milk chocolate and the review from the four year old was that they were yummy. Highly recommend this place! We'll go back if we make it to Montana again.

We look forward to stopping for meals at this cafe on our way to Missoula. Always very clean and the food is excellent! Service is friendly. Good sweet potato fries with caramel sauce!

Nice little gem in Ronan. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was super yummy. Also bought some homemade creamy potato soup to go.

Make sure to get here in time for breakfast. While lunch is an okay secondary option, it's almost pointless to come just for lunch. Sure, the tuna melt was delightful, but you can not beat the breakfasts. The service is excellent and the baked goods match that excellence. From homemade pies to cinnamon rolls to biscuits and gravy. You will not be disappointed by Ronan's best breakfast establishment!

The food was great but expensive and there wasn't much to choose from. They aren't open often either the service was very pleasant tho

The customer service here is amazing. On top of that, the always modify one of their menu items to accommodate my wishes. I think they go a above and beyond, so I go back often because they are so kind. By the way I love that sandwich modification and it should be on the menu!

Great local joint. Had the biscuits and gravy. Delicious. Home made biscuits. Served hot. Eggs cooked properly. I like over medium. Over hard will not bum me out but over easy makes me want to hurl. Thankfully they came out over medium. OJ came out of one of those concentrate machines. People should support local businesses.

I love this little cafe off the highway in Ronan MT. It's run by Mennonite ladies who really know how to bake a pie. Today's pie was the triple berry. Our party also ordered cinnamon roll and biscuits and gravy. They kindly shared. All of the baked goods were fresh and homemade. They also have a great lunch menu but they are only open til 3 pm each day and will sell out so get here quick. Sometimes I stop in and take my pie home.

This place is a great place for Breakfast or Lunch and the best home made pies you could get anywhere along with the nieces waitresses Enjoy

I always love coming to Ronan Cafe when I visit Montana. I worked here for a summer, and I know that everything they serve is top of the line. The owner and employees are incredibly sweet. Do yourself a favor and go to Ronan Cafe, it's the best!!

Great cinnamon roll, pecan pie and sweet potato fries. Very nice waitress. Stopped here because it is in the Town of Ronan, is called the Ronan Cafe and my son's name is Ronan. We had him convinced that this is his town. Glad we stopped.

Nice little restaurant on the corner of a dying Main Street. Food was a little pricey for what it was and the chicken tasted frozen. However, they still got five stars from me because of their stellar service and out of this world cinnamon rolls.

Truly home made food. Owned and ran by Quakers, all the food is fresh and tastes like it straight from your grandmother's kitchen. We had the clam chowder, patty melt and club sandwich. All of which were d'lish!

I ordered a hot turkey sandwich, I got it on a piece of bread (not toasted) the turkey was one paper thin slice of lunch meat and it was slathered in cold brown gravy (not turkey gravy) it was HORRIBLE and expensive for a piece of generic lunch meat and generic white bread with package gravy. $12.50

Stopped by here for lunch on our way by town and everyone was blown away by the quality of food and service. Almost everyone in our group ordered hot sandwiches and the plates were polished by the end. Hands down the best meal I had in Montana during our two-week visit. The cinnamon rolls we took to-go for the car ride were phenomenal. They even heated them up for us so they were warm and soft for the car. Don't be discouraged by how small the town is - the food and cafe are amazing!

We loved the food here. I had the basic breakfast with fruity salad, and my girlfriend had the breakfast burrito. The portions were massive. Service was very friendly!!

Clean cafe with on site bakery. Food is a bit over priced. Having only a simple salad, bowl of soup and a cup of coffee $19.00 seems a bit much. This used to be THE place for lunch in this little town but noticed the usually very robust lunch crowd wasn't there today, that may be a clue. Hope it improves in the future.

Everything here was amazing. The soup was so good, creamy, rich and the sandwich was warm , heated up without too much butter. Best meal I've had on this two month road trip. My only gripe is that this place is on the other side of the country. I want one in my home town! Hah. The service was great too; friendly, quick, polite. Oh, and the cookies were fantastic!

Amazing food! Only reason I dock them a star is because they were rude about their wifi.

An absolutely wonderful Saturday Afternoon Drive & Lunch, just a beautiful hour drive north of Missoula, along the Mission Mountains, and then?! Our destination, the Ronan Cafe! Deliciously fresh, healthy & home made food cooked in a spotless kitchen, the restaurant decor & words of wisdom became the gifted prescription to recharge one's depleted state of existence, so well known of 2012's accelerated pace. What a fabulous choice over BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING - the perfect rendezvous for 2 longtime friends. We laughed & enjoyed the gracious staff too. Our choices: yummy Ham & Bean Soup, and, the most loaded Chef Salad since my dear Mother's kitchen! Great fresh coffee too, and essential 'to go boxes' for generous portions! And not to miss the spectacular bakery items, I coveted another "box to go" -- for a slice of 'private recipe' banana cream pie stacked high & adorned with a vanilla wafer... and a perfectly baked 7" sq. sticky-pecan breakfast roll to share at home!

Very friendly staff! Appears family owned and operated adding to the wonderful welcome we received. Great shredded hash browns (crispy on outside and moist on inside). Omelette was fluffy and flavorful! Biscuits were truly homemade. Bacon was crisp but not overdone - perfect! Will make a point to come back when visiting Montana again!

Every time I've been here the food has been excellent. It was great on this visit but service was poor. One of my companions only ordered a bowl of chili. It came out so quick that she was finished before any other food came out. My other companions all got their orders but I received nothing. After a few minutes I was told it would be out soon. It finally came after my companions were finished. There was never any acknowledgement that it was late, nor an apology for the poor service.

Wow, ordered the chicken strips and fries, 37 minutes and two and a half cups of coffee later it finally came. Frozen then deep fat fried. No dipping sauce, no ranch no one checked on our meal. Not impressed because I heard so much about their good homemade food. Watched four tables get up and leave, one of which was a table of ten basketball players. Will try it again but won't order the chicken strips. Try it if you have the time.

Homemade rye bread for my grilled ham & cheese. Very good and no skimping on the ham. Fries were real not out of a frozen bag. Been here several times when we get to Mt. Never been disappointed. The cinnamon rolls are the best anywhere in the US.

Excellent breakfast stop. Pancakes, link sausage and eggs was awesome. Service was great. Very large serving so be prepared to get serious about eating.

We eat here a couple of times a week during the summer. For the the S Flathead Lake area, this is as good as it gets. Sure, you will probably find more options further N in the high tourist areas of Bigfork and Whitefish, but you'll be paying a lot more, and without the the local touch. A gem in the rough.

I have been eating here for years. The last four times i went in there to eat it has been aweful. They are either forgetting food on the orders or today i got served cold mashed potatoes and gravy when my meal was supposed to come with french fries. Then i waited for 15 minutes after i was done eating for a go box and a ticket. I go to the front and was like i am ready to go where is my waitress, and i was told she is on break. How can you be on break when you have customers. Especially at lunch time when customers need to be getting back to work they dont have time to be sitting there waiting for you to finish a break. That is very rude to me. All these years i been reccommending this place to people, but as of here lately i am not reccommending it.

Immaculate establishment! The home-cooked food was AMAZING! I ordered the cod with Mac& cheese & my wife had a chicken spinach wrap w/potato salad. Everything was homemade & was WONDERFUL! The service was also spot on & very attentive.

This is my favorite cafe in the state. Consistently good food, huge portions, and reasonable prices. In addition the staff of Mennonites are efficient, professional, and quick. My two favorite dishes are the chicken strips and the all meat omelet. They also have a bakery. If you eat here you will leave full and satisfied. The best place.

Delicious! Tons of different options. Fairly cheap, and great for groups and families.
