This place has such positive vibes! The plants are super healthy and happy. The staff are extremely helpful & knowledgable, especially Nolan. If you’re looking for home goods or landscaping your garden/backyard, you will find everything you’re looking for, from plants, trees, pots to baskets at the Rolling Greens in Culver City! Great stuff!

Google
Overall had a positive experience purchasing a gift for a friend. Great selection Staff were friendly and attentive. They will pot a plant for you if you buy one separately. The potting fee for a 6 inch pot was $10

Google
Zen hits you right up front and doesn’t fade fast as you walk through isles of deeply colored potted plants, pots, accessories. Everything is perfect here and you won’t be surprised at the prices although there was a 75% spot and smart trinkets here and there that allow you to feel good. There are locations in West Hollywood, DTLA and Culver City (pics from CC). The music system and the playlist is the coolest in the city.

Got there at 4:30pm and they closed at 5pm. Went to level 1 and it was beautiful! Once they closed we tried to sneak to see level 2 before exiting but was quickly told they closed lol. Great customer service, beautiful plants and the weather was amazing today in LA it was hot in there as it was 82 degrees today. Recommendation is to bring water if you go on a sunny day.

Google
This place is a piece of heaven located right in Culver City. I found the cutest pot in their sale sections and was blown away by the variety of plants, pots, and accessories. I will be back!!

Google
What are the best garden and home stores in all of Los Angeles! A large selection of beautiful curated real and high quality faux plants! They have a wonderful selection of pottery and homewares as well.

Google
I’ve visited two of their locations, this one in Culver City and the other on Beverly Blvd. The Culver City location doesn’t have all the amazing home goods that the other does, but they have way more selection of plants, trees and pots! If you’re landscaping for your backyard or just decorating for your living room / home, you’ll find exactly what you need here!

Always magical. Heading home from LAX, went straight in for a fix of Rolling Greens before going home. Yeh- I know my priorities.

Yelp
I love Rolling Greens. This location is especially beautiful and honestly is the best one to go to. They have two warehouses with indoor plants and an outside area for outdoor and lots of pots. I came in yesterday to look at some four inch plants and was pleasantly surprised by some of the more rare species they had. Brianne, and another kind lady and gentleman (Ryan I think was his name) working behind the desk where they build terrariums and small gardens were happy to assist me in learning about a philodendron on a totem I purchased and some plants I have at home. I'm so happy I came here instead of a big box store. I came back today about thirty minutes before they closed. Rafaela helped me find some good choices and was gracious and kind to me. She let me look and didn't rush me even though they were closing for the day. I'm lucky she was there today and am so grateful to your team for all of the help! You have a life customer here! Blessings!

Yelp
Great selection of plants and pots at Rolling Greens! Especially love the arrangement bar on Level 1 - can definitely find a great gift there. The smaller plants on Level 1 are of great quality and I think reasonable prices. Know the larger versions on other levels are going to be more expensive but they're still on the pricier side. Came on Sunday afternoon and there was plenty of parking on the hill street. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

Nijole T.

Yelp
They have a wonderful selection here and are beyond helpful. The staff is so friendly and informative if you have any questions about the plants. They have a variety of plants in all sizes and different species as well as pots and small decor items for your home and backyard. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is well worth it, and the plants will last, great option if you are looking for new plants and decor items.

Yelp
I was back again this afternoon to get more pots from the clearance section and I found two beautiful extra large green pots that is perfect for the two 15 gallon olive trees I bought a few days ago. What a bargain. I also browsed through the Christmas stuff and purchased cute birds and a few ornaments. The products here are unique and beautiful.

Joely S.

Yelp
This was my first time there, but this is my mom's favorite place. This very beautiful 3 level establishment with all the plants, pottery and Christmas decorations, going on the staff is super nice friendly and attentive. A nice little LA plant gem.

Kai C.

Yelp
Beautiful plants nursery with huge 3 levels of space, the parking lot at the very top. Incredibly large selection for houses of all sizes. They also have 75% off sales as well - even have fake plants, and planters, all plants are really well taken care of. The staff are all really friendly and will walk with you to pick out your selection I like that they wrap all the plants so it doesn't get dirty during transportation and they bring it out to your car for you.

Yelp
I went here for the first time yesterday looking for several plants to add to my patio. I had a specific design in mind and was looking forward to having a healthy variety to select from. Unfortunately they were out of large rosemary and didn't carry any varieties of old garden roses...which I actually couldn't find anywhere near central LA. As a first timer here, I was a bit confused as to how to go about selecting and purchasing. From the time I walked in and during the 20+ minutes I spent browsing the grounds I wasn't acknowledged by any staff. I saw several people who appeared to work there but they just quickly walked by me. I eventually went back up to the main level and waited in line to ask the cashier. I was told to reach out to one of the staff working the large grounds so that they could create a list for me to take to back to the cashier. After doing that I was eventually approached by a guy in the succulent area who asked if I needed anything. He was pretty helpful and answered all my questions - seemed very knowledgeable, and helped me select some nice options. Ultimately, I spent $200 on 5 medium sized (5 gal) plants & grasses, which I thought was a little pricey. I also wanted to grab a couple interior plants, but the prices were outrageous. Regarding pots, they were all very overpriced (large pots $300+). The other garden center I usually go to has nice, large clay & ceramic pots for $175 or less. When I started potting the plants at home I noticed an alarming amount of ants, spiders, and other bugs. I know bugs are difficult to avoid, especially if inventory is kept outside; however, I didn't have that issue with the plants I purchased from the other garden center which has a dense selection, all kept outdoors. The critters were excessive to the point that I panicked and immediately sealed off my patio to finish potting and thoroughly clean. I'm not sure if I'll be back, but it is a beautiful place to peruse.

Lizabeth L.

Yelp
So well kept. Busy Bees (staff) know exactly what they are doing (High Five) Such a Treat to Walk through and Smell the Plants and Enjoy the Greenery!

Sarah B.

Yelp
When I think of a garden center I think of a place that carries not only decorative plants, but also vegetables, fruits, herbs and the supplies to grow them. This is more of a landscaping and decorative plants center, it turns out. I came here looking for seeds and was told they don't sell them. Didn't see any vegetable plants, and just one shelf of fertilizers and soil. It seems like a nice option if you're looking for yard or indoor plants, though. The store is at the end of a very steep and roughly paved road. It looked like they had a small parking lot in the top level, but most people were on the street.

Kaialove G.

Yelp
It was my first purchase at RG and I was met by a kind sales woman named Raphaela! She was so helpful and went out of her way to text me options for my space because i was not close by. She was also kind enough to drop off my purchase on her way home. You don't get this kind of kindness anywhere on la and I will only be shopping here from now on for my plants !! I got an artificial plant that looks just as green and lovely as the real deal very high quality !!

Sheri W.

Yelp
This the Disneyland of plants. If you can't find it here, I'm not sure where else you could go on the Westside. I love Rolling Greens!

Jeff G.

Yelp
What a fantastic place for ideas and fresh plants, flowers and pottery to house them! Beautiful setting!

Wendy C.

Yelp
This store is top notch all the way around. Classy, beautiful , and the service is unmatched. A great spot to find beautiful gifts for all seasons.

Cecilia T.

Yelp
Fabulous discovery and so close to home. We will certainly be back. It was a feast for the eyes and I wish we had more time to look at all the wonders exposed there. We bought a nice combination of succulents and pottery for Mother's Day. Whoever helped us here and there was friendly and attentive. We will return soon. Thank you!

Jae W.

Yelp
Such a beautiful greenery. I had no idea this place has been under my nose for so many years. As I have gone go Culver City stairs over 50 times. I went with a girlfriend because we went to Home Depot go get some new plants for our apartments for spring / summer and she has recommended us go to this spot and boy was I completely overwhelmed by the quality of these plants. There was a gentleman working I cannot recall his name who spent over 30 minute helping my girlfriend and I find the right plants for our homes. (He was patient and kind the whole time) Definitely looking forward to coming back as I plan to buy a lot more - I could also spend 4 hours here. It's aesthetically so pleasing and I was on a time constraint. The plants are not Home Depot price, but quality is top notch . Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again

Carolyn R.

Yelp
First, the aesthetics here are beautiful. I came this morning after my workout at the Culver City stairs. Out of the 10 or so employees I saw, only three of them took the time to actually ask me if I needed help etc. At the 2nd and 3rd levels. All of the employees at the 1st level ignored me and instead talked amongst each other. Pricing: I was astonished by how ridiculously expensive some of their outdoor plants are. For example the exact same apple tree at a small mom and pop nursery I frequent is $35 and here it's $125! The sago palm at the nursery I frequent is $40 here it's $179... The pricing for their indoor plants and succulents are fair and reasonable. Maybe it was the way I was dressed? that I receive so little customer service but I sort of left with the impression that this nursery prioritizes a certain type of customer.... Or perhaps the majority of their employees aren't good with their customer service skills.

Angela Z.

Yelp
This nursery is a joy to visit! It's tucked away on a residential street bordering Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook and the Culver City Park, so there's a pleasant serenity about the place. Being around so much greenery in such a quiet space is a luxury in LA! There's a huge variety of indoor and outdoor plants here, and numerous plants of each species. Every plant I saw was well cared for and thriving. I picked up a hanging golden pothos and boston fern for $15 each. They're common/cheaper plants, but I'm happy to pay a little more for the ambiance of the space. A worker was kind enough to wrap them in paper for me after seeing me struggle to arrange them correctly in my car. The level system here is a bit confusing, but I believe the top and bottom levels are dedicated to indoor plants, whereas the middle one is for outdoor gardens. There's also house goods (think gardening books, cute planters) sold here as well. There's a few parking spots on the top, but plenty of street parking on the road up as well.

Lauren A.

Yelp
Aminata & the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable in what they do. Incredibly friendly & easy to ask questions to. The starters were a lot more affordable, around $5.50 & up, but would not recommend their ceramics selection which is a bit overpriced.

Tiffany T.

Yelp
To say that Rolling Greens has become one of my happiest places is an understatement. I come here before heading to Culver City park with my pup, 3-4 times a month. Even though I have plenty of plants at home (AKA never enough), I can't resist walking through. The environment is calm, refreshing, and such a lush place to be. Plants I have bought here from months ago thrived in the warmer months and are still going strong now. They have a large range from large plants to smaller, 4 inch ones. I would say that they don't have many smaller sizes that I've found at smaller nurseries or plant shops, but they have healthy varieties of all kinds.

amber j.

Yelp
This is a magical peaceful place. They have a huge collection of plants indoor and outdoor. They have a floral section and an excellent selection of fake plants that look very realistic. I purchased some fake Spanish moss plants for an area where keeping live plants would be unrealistic. I also purchased a lavender plant for my garden. Very healthy and pretty. The prices range from expensive to inexpensive and they did have a clearance section with quite a few things. Very large selection of pottery as well. Lovely place and friendly employees

Kevin E.

Yelp
Rolling greens is a hillside jungle of beautiful stunning plants! 3 levels of amazing selections. From plants and pots they have a large array of everything you need. The staff is super friendly, ensuring every customer is helped especially on a large scale. I want to thank Emily at checkout for helping us making our trip from Las Vegas memorable. Will visit again soon!

A K.

Yelp
No cash. That's just lame. Post a BIGGER sign out front - so your customers don't spend an hour enjoying this place, to then get turned away at the register trying to pay with cash. I could have saved myself the trouble.

Helie L.

Yelp
If size matters this place does not disappoint (Culver City location). I can get lost here if only they served coffee. So well kept and so many varieties of thriving indoor and outdoor plants. And if a business provides great service I'm hooked. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Planning to go back asap! More plants = happier life.

Megan M.

Yelp
Beautiful and extensive selection of pots, planters, and plants. Plenty of parking. I'm an amateur gardener, so I can't review this nursery as an expert. However, I have been to multiple nurseries and hardware stores in California and other states. Compared to many of those places, the pots and planters are gorgeous and current to trend. In addition, the plants are healthy and thriving.

Chatcha V.

Yelp
This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff was very helpful I'll go back to buy more beautiful stuff there for sure .

Jessica S.

Yelp
What a snooty, pretentious nursery with such egos. They inflate their prices way above nearly every other area nursery. They tell you to consult with a gardener because they don't have a clue what they're doing. They jerk you around and drag things out for ages. Send your business to other area nursery's that charge way less and aren't out to scam you.

Nican R.

Yelp
This place has all of your plant needs. Especially if you're looking to add life to your home. There are a great selection of plants for outdoors here as well...what some would label as "Exotic"...but they are really strong in their house plant selection and selection of plants that require moisture and moderate temperature (which is what most plant-dabblers are looking for anyway). They are plentiful in different sizes, BIG, Medium, and small, depending on if you want an established plant, or you wanna watch it grow. Also have fertilizers, and a beautiful selection of pots and other tools for your plants indoors. And, for plant-nuts like me, it's a cool place to visit on the side of a hill where the layout is just rows and rows and rows of plants (you can have personal time with each one...it's soooooo good...).

Luis G.

Yelp
Bought some succulents a couple months ago, the lady that helped us said to water them every 10 days. That's what we've been doing. We have the plants indoors but whenever there's rain we take them out so they can get water. For some reason they're all dying, after the 1st month it started to look not too good. I love plants and this makes me sad because it was very beautiful, I'm not satisfied or happy with this outcome even though I've been taking care of them and it's not like it was cheap ($900). I was willing to pay that because they were beautiful but just to have it for less than 2 months I don't think it's worth it.

Julia K.

Yelp
Beautiful place, many options. Extremely over priced though, for pretty much everything I looked at. Repotting a small plant was $25. They also do not take cash which is a big downside in my opinion. The Woman at the registers was not friendly, the one other person who worked there that I interacted with was helpful.

George G.

Yelp
Great staff, great products, great service. I'm 44 characters away from finishing. Grea

Yelp
This place was incredibly awesome! This location is on a slanted road so they have several entrances to different areas. All the areas they have were exceptionally organized. I was in awe how clean and east to find plants it was. They have a ton of plants and accessories and the staff here were very nice. They have limited parking but you can also park on the street which is pretty steep so make sure to turn those wheels and use the emergency break. Love this place!

Morgan M.

Yelp
Initial review: 3/5 stars aspects of customer service need a lot of work but the company seems committed to improve which is a good sign New review: 5/5 Brand has invested heavily in customer service improvements and I think will continue to improve. While it fell short of my expectations given price of plants compared to other nurseries initially, I do think this business is moving in the right direction. They do have a great selection of plants, beautiful pots, and really good additional services.

Kim B.

Yelp
Nice place. Bought several things here for a project in Santa Barbara. Delivery was smooth. Very beautiful store with properly displayed items. Good sales staff. Thank you.

Raquel M.

Yelp
Before coming here, my plans were to go to the downtown Los Angeles flower District. I found this beautiful nursery nestled on a hillside in Culver City. Had no idea I would be walking into plant heaven. I met a gentleman who worked there by the name Carnacio (I'm sorry if I butchered your name). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the house plants I was interested in. He went above and beyond to walk me over to the plants I was asking about and he even helped me pick my rubber tree as well as the cover pot basket. He was able to explain the care and even loaded my rubber tree into my Jeep. I love stellar costumer service and I felt that the prices were fair and I was very taken care of. Gracias Carnacio for all your help. I love my rubber tree!!!

Ilya P.

Yelp
Wow. I love this place SO much. A hidden gem right in my own backyard! Gorgeous grounds, incredible selection, great prices and THE NICEST, MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!! It's a literal pleasure coming here.

Gaby B.

Yelp
Visited this magical place mid July, during the pandemic. The store and it's large variety of plants and containers were truly a beautiful experience. If you're in the area, stop by, pick up a few succulents and marvel at all the high end accessories available to you if your budget is a little larger . Something for everyone

Meg P.

Yelp
So I so wanted to love this place. The plants are beautiful. The pots are lovely. Unfortunately we asked for help from three people and they were either "I have 10 Mins", "I'm seeing a client now" or "just looked at us like she was stoned and had no idea if a particular plant needed full sun. So go if you don't want to interact with anyone... we had no lic

Negin R.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing experience!! They have a top quality plants, a plethora of choices for indoor and outdoor plants/planters..I've been looking for an indoor plant for our master bedroom & I finally found the perfect fish tail palm. But beyond there heavenly nursery the employees and staff are professional experts and go above and beyond with helping you out. I had my delivery today and Jose was awesome! He carried the heavy planter upstairs and made sure to to not ding any doors or walls & set the plant inside perfectly & precisely as I wanted it. I can't wait to buy more plants for the future!

Ethan R.

Yelp
Located high on a hill overlooking Culver City, the view from Rolling Greens does not disappoint. As you stroll through rows of perfectly maintained plants, you will see the city and mountains in the distance. As fascinating as those views were for me, a visitor to LA, the plants themselves held their own in the stiff competition for my attention. Rolling Greens has everything from cactuses perfect for your kitchen counter or desk at work to towering house plants if you want to live under some green. If you're looking to spruce up your home, I would absolutely budget for Rolling Greens. The price spectrum at Rolling Greens is quite wide; the most well grown and mature plants will place in the $175-300 range, but you can get newer plants at a price even I can afford ($15-100). As a coffee lover, Rolling Greens also had me covered with self serve fresh drip coffee on arrival. Make sure you drop by the coffee station (and bathroom if you need some decor inspiration) to make the most of your visit while you shop.

Jessica F.

Yelp
Love love love rolling greens! They have the BEST pottery and endless plants. It's such a beautifully kept business. I always buy my plant and plant accessories here!

Shane D.

Yelp
Rolling Greens has a great location here in culver city. And their other locations are cool too. But after coming multiple times, the service was good but guidance on the plant and it's care was not clear. I was left having to call back or investigate on my own. I have sent a lot of money with them but it does not seem that I am getting the help I need. I will be trying another nursery.

Jessica P.

Yelp
I purchased some Japanese maples from here and had them deliver the trees and pot them for me. Geronimo and Alex were beyond amazing! I can't say enough nice things about them and the level of service they provided. They did such a nice job and we're so happy with how the trees look. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Cassandra C.

Yelp
I love this plant store. Not only is the set up magical, but they also have new plants every single time go, the quality of the plants are really good and I don't really find it too expensive - it's certainly cheaper than some of the online places like the Sill and Lowes, where the plants are treated poorly. The pots are beautiful and unique - and they'll do drill holes for you if you ask nicely.

Terry S.

Yelp
One of the best landscaping and gardening nurseries around. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; always willing to discuss your projects or issues. A great location with lots of stock in a wide variety. A really beautiful setting that always makes me want to come shop here. I was thrilled to find they are open during the coronavirus pandemonium this year with full regular business hours. I certainly appreciate that and recommend you spend your money here help ensure this important community business continues thriving.

Micayla K.

Yelp
Big boujee nursery. As a plant enthusiast I like to check out every nursery I can. They have a good selection of healthy looking plants. I'd say this nursery specializes in cute decorative pots and big home design plants and pots. And I'm talkin BIG pots and trees. This is definitely the place to come if you are looking for large tropical plants to decorate your home with. If you can afford a large house and the $300+ pots and plants. It's definitely worth a look. You want a bit fiddle leaf fig? They got em. They have a variety of plants 6' and taller. Also located next to a scenic overlook for a quick hike. They only had one type of Hoya though.

Nicole B.

Yelp
I'm really upset about the fig tree that I purchased from Rolling Greens. I was told Rolling Greens had high quality plants but after two week of bringing this tree home it's leaves and branches started turning brown and falling despite the fact that we listened to RG's instruction on where to put the tree and how to water it.We did everything we were told. When it was delivered to our home, the Rolling Green staff told us to give it 2 water bottles a week. After a week or two our tree started dying and I called Rolling Greens to ask for advice on how to fix it. RG staff told me to take to take it away from the sun and water it less (different advice from the prior staff member). We did this, but the tree got worse and worse. The worst part is when we emailed RG about replacing the tree or getting a refund but we never heard back. We believe RG sold us a defective tree or gave us incorrect instructions. I spent a couple hundred dollars on this tree and it seems like it was dying to begin with.

Tanya Y.

Yelp
I love this place for a good variety of healthy plants and some gorgeous pots in wide variety of sizes and price points. I especially love their succulent arrangements and the resident mama cat. The staff is friendly and sincerely enjoys helping you out. I was looking for something to use in the shady part of the house and Emily guided me to the "shady" section and even explained the watering needs of different plants. An added bonus to this location is that you can combine your visit with a walk on the Baldwin Hills Stairs afterwards.

Hayley Z.

Yelp
My friend who's is a plant enthusiast told me to come here. I was just looking to get soil and nursery pots. For such a large store, they do not have nursery pots. I then decided to buy a big bag of soil. They only had the small bags where you check out and so they charged me for it and told me to go down 2 levels to pick it up. Once I got down there, it was deserted. I was yelling out "helllooo?" For a couple minutes because I couldn't find the kind of soil I paid for. Someone finally came out and he shows me where it should be and that they are sold out. Great. So I go back up 2 levels for a refund. The guy who sold me it wasn't apologetic at all and very cold. Why would you sell me something that's out of stock? In order to get a refund he wanted all this information from me to put in their system and I told them I didn't want to be in their system but he said that's how he does refunds... so I was refunded and bought 3 smaller bags of soil instead... so I went from 1 large $18 bag of soil to 3 which was $27 and still not equal to a large bag! Huge disappointment. Pretty plants for sale though if you are just looking for plants.

Yelper F.

Yelp
My daughter purchased a gift certificate for me one year here. I was just in town today because I normally live out of state now, I came in with the gift card and they said it was too old and that they could not read it to figure out how much is on it. But that if I wanted to purchase something they would take my credit card number and get back to me. What! I actually think that that is illegal. When you sell a gift card, it is your responsibility to be able to keep track of how much is on it. And another point is... They are super super expensive. There are many lovely nurseries around that are not socking it to you.
