"An intimate museum dedicated to the works of Auguste Rodin—most famously The Thinker—set around beautifully manicured sculpture gardens that invite leisurely strolls. The property includes an on-site cafe for coffee or ice cream breaks and a year-round calendar of family-friendly events, from Easter egg hunts where kids collect treats to a dedicated children’s studio, L’Atelier Rodin, offering hands-on sculpture activities that make the art accessible to visitors of all ages." - Maddy Odom
"A Belle Époque-inspired hotel that offers romantic and elegant accommodations near the Champs-Élysees, with cozy lounges and a small but stylish gym." - Sophie Dodd Sophie Dodd Sophie Dodd is a travel, wine and lifestyle writer. Travel + Leisure Editorial Guidelines
"Auguste Rodin lived in the Hôtel Biron in the later stage of his life, where the gardens inspired some of his work. The former home opened as a museum to the public in 1919, almost 200 years after it was built for a wealthy financier. The high ceilings of the intimate rooms allow visitors to see Rodin's sculptures and drawings up close, while the large gardens showcase his most famous bronze sculptures, like "The Gates of Hell" and "The Thinker." - Melissa Liebling-Goldberg, Julia Eskins

"Exquisite Art and Gardens My wife and two friends were tired of "museums" so they mistakenly decided to go shopping while I went to the Rodin Museum alone. It was breathtaking, the flowers were all in full bloom, the art on display inside was rare and beautiful, but the sculptures outside were displayed the way art should be seen. Here in three planes is the original design by Eiffel for the Tower, Rodin's Thinker, and mid ground with the Eiffel Tower in the background. The gardens were just perfect, and I was sorry for my friends who'd decided to go into a department store to shop instead. By uncle Louie"
