Stopped at this store a couple years ago and I’ve been looking forward to ordering from them. I Couldn’t be happier with a Pure Blue Japan jeans that I went with. Fantastic product looking forward to wearing them for years to come. Importantly, the websites sizing chart was bang on for the product that was delivered. This gives you confidence in ordering an item at this price point. Shipping was extremely fast. The order was sent out within days even during the holiday season, that was much appreciate.

Absolutely amazing performance by the entire staff! They have gone way above the bar to satisfy a simple jacket purchase! I was concerned about sizing (as most should with Japanese sizing for a westerner) and they did everything in their power to hit every mark so there wouldn’t be an exchange scenario. I live in the United States and Rivet & Hide made me feel perfectly comfortable without even trying it on. I cannot recommend their example of service to others, enough. I have dealt with at least 12 different online retailers here in the states, buying high-end Japanese clothing, and there has only been one store that could even try to compare. Unlike Rivet and Hide, those other stores failed at clear and friendly communication. I’m not poor, and I’m not rich, but anytime someone is spending three times the average price for an item, you would think that they would raise their service to meet the quality of the items they sell. Clearly, not here in the states. We are struggling, morally, as a nation, right now. Hopefully we can right the ship and match what others are doing and how they treat each other. Take care. Have been purchasing goodart stuffs from R&H online store for awhile now and they are one of the most professional and helpful people around, through the multiple email communications we had. Always prompt in replies and offering valuable advices on the sizing etc. Finally had the chance to visit London and this is one of my must go location. Needless to say, i had an amazing experience shopping for a denim there and i knew i had to get one, to support their new store opening and of cause getting a new denim for myself :). Thank you R&H. Ill be sure to visit you again when im back in London.

I recently purchased a pair of jeans, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The fit is perfect—hugging my waist comfortably without being too tight. The fabric is high-quality and has just the right amount of stretch, making them incredibly comfortable for all-day wear.I also love the classic design; they go well with almost everything in my wardrobe. The color is exactly what I was looking for, and they hold up well after multiple washes, retaining their shape and color.Overall, these jeans are a great addition to my closet. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable option!

Great clothing selection and customer service. I recently bought a pair of PBJ’s through their online store and they have quickly become a favorite of mine. Steven was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and helpful with sizing. They also got my order hemmed and to my front door quicker than a majority of American stores have. I typically try to by local, but I’ll be checking to see if these guys have it in stock first on all future orders.

If you are looking spend a little bit of money on decent quality, considered clothing; this is the place to do it. The guys here have been amazing in terms of helping me pick, choose both brands and fit based on my "geometry". Super knowledgeable, Super friendly and most importantly; really beautiful clothing if you are prepared to spend a little time and money to find the right thing for you. PS: (none related) IF you can avoid it, DO NOT use pay-pal when purchasing, they absolutely batter (ROB) small businesses on refunding transaction fees.

Great store for Japanese and serious denim. Good service. Finding the right fit for jeans takes time and this store made it a breeze.

Love this store. If you want high end selvedge and Japanese made American workwear this is the place to go. They stock a broad range of amazing brands including Iron Heart, RTG, Samurai and Flathead. I had been looking for a shop like this for several years and stumbled across it in Manchesters Northern Quarter. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their stuff. Can’t wait to visit the London store!
