Da Nino is a small local restaurant, well presented and has a great feel about it both internally or the alfresco area
The service was pleasant as expected, with exceptions such as asking for a few plates for bread and oil and receiving a single plate
The oil bottle was virtually empty when put on the table.
The food order was difficult to negotiate as many items not available.
The tomato salad was chopped tomatoes- the lasagne was meatless and was more cheese than anything else
The Frito misto was ok - nothing special, the pizza was reheated and the seafood pasta average at best
Overall it’s an average experience, not someplace that a return would be needed

Our Airbnb host recommended & it was brilliant. We were 45 minutes late from our flight but they graciously accepted us in and served us kindly. Everything was delicious & the prices were very reasonable. The highlight was we came in on Thursday so it was all about the Gnocchi! Crazy good!

The pizza is really bad, the tomate base is sour, the paste is average. I really don't recommend. We also took the carbonara, the egg was cooked it looked like scrambled eggs...wouldn't recomend either. However, you should totally try the tiramisu, it was very good :* and the fried artichoke was also very good.. The service was also nice.

Not homey Italian service like you might expect. The staff wasn't mean, but they weren't nice either. Kinda made us feel like everything we asked for was an inconvenience for them.
The Margherita pizza came with no basil, and the carbonara had bacon instead of guanciale. This may seem picky, but those are two of the biggest no nos in Roma surpassed only by putting pineapple pizza.
I don't recommend this restaurant.

A very nice and cosy restaurant. Classic Italian family business, with the very friendly and helpful staff. The menu is great, compact, but everything is super tasty and cooked with passion. Their tiramisu is amazing. Also the location is quite nice, very close to all the historical sites, such as the colosseum (a 10min walk, I would say).
Overall great experience, I highly recommend it 👌

Good place. 1st place we had lunch in Rome. Staff was friendly, wine from the house was very good. Pizza was delicious maybe less mozzarella than expected but good for the price 🙂

Food was fine, not particularly memorable probably would have tasted better if the service wasn't so unfriendly, did not feel welcome.

Good, not great. My lasagne, which I ordered because it was the special was warm, not hot. Based on that and the salad, I’d lean toward 3 stars. My wife quite enjoyed her pasta, so I’m being fair. The service was okay, but had that feeling they’d rather be somewhere else.
