Beautiful restaurant tucked away in the streets of Valletta. The service and atmosphere were impeccable. The food was amazing! We celebrated our 20th anniversary and no detail was left unattended. The staff even began our meal with Prosecco to help celebrate! Worth every penny!

What a wonderful culinary experience this was, wow. The food was spectacular, amazing layering of flavors and original combinations. Our cocktails were perfectly made and tasted delicious while making you feel a bit happy inside. Highly recommended.

I don't know why this restaurant isn't in the Michelin guide, it certainly should be. The dinner was magnificent as was the wine pairing. I paid the supplement for the lobster tail and was very glad I did. The service was impeccable.

After an intense two days of networking at the Mediterranean Conference centre, I treated myself to a dinner at Risette, and what a treat it was indeed! I had read online about their exceptional sourdough bread. As a hobby sourdough baker, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. To be brief: the bread was exceptional! And that was only the start. Every one of the appetizers and dishes was created with a tremendous amount of respect for the main ingredients. No convoluted dishes, just pure flavours, perfectly balanced. Besides the food, the service is also amazing. I ended up being the last guest in the restaurant and had a super interesting conversation with both the owner and the chef on sourdough, cooking and what makes culinary experiences exceptional. They even gave me some of their sourdough starter to take home with me. I can definitely say my bread and pizzas are better than ever. Thanks to the owner Matthew and his entire team. I will definitely visit again and hope to also stay at the hotel next time.

From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was elegant and modern, and the service was impeccable. The food was simply spectacular. Each dish was made with fresh, high quality ingredients and the passion of the chef was evident. But what really elevated our experience to another level was the selection of Spanish wines. Thanks to the expert recommendation of sommelier Sabrina, we were able to enjoy a variety of wines that paired perfectly with each dish. She guided us through the wine list, explaining the characteristics of each wine and helping us to choose the ones that best suited our tastes. All in all, our experience at Risette was exceptional. The food, the wine, the service and the ambience, everything was perfect. We will definitely return to this restaurant and recommend it to all our friends.

The restaurant is perfect from the beginning till the end. The staffs are very welcoming and attentive to each and everything. Each dishes kept surprising us with the flavors and creative taste and food presentation. It feels like a performance for the whole 2:30hr tasting menu. We were there for our 10 years anniversary and their food and service definitely made it a beautiful evening ✨ Highly recommend this place because of their impeccable food and service 🤍

We had a beautiful evening at Risette yesterday! We went for the tasting menu with pairing wine and it was great. Everything was really amazing! Food, service.. My boyfriend proposed to me after we left, so Risette makes magic… 😉

Most welcoming staff. Excellent food. Beautiful porcelaine. Exquisite platting. A true work of art. Would not be surprised that Risette be added to the prestigious Michelin star ⭐️ restaurant list next year. In only 2 years of operations, this establishment is impressive. Make sure to check the ladies washrooms which has its very own touch of humour.
