Great shopping but head to the roof for a lovely snack or meal and a view of the Piazza Republica The food was tasty and for the view worth the price.

Roof Top Bar: Nice view, but this can be seen from other places with all round better service. Staff were incredibly rude, the Aperol spritz didn’t tasted horrible! The snacks given were stale with an unpleasant dip. Seats were uncomfortable and all round we didn’t feel welcome. Would not recommend, if you want to see the view you can ask and go up for a few minutes without having to wait and pay for anything. Avoid.

Rinascente is a designer store, that sells fashion, accessories and shoes and wine, All the designer labels you can think of - with curated ranges. They also have restaurants normally located on the top floor- in Florence the view is beautiful - food is reasonably priced considering you are paying for the view. I opted for a Chicken Caesar Salad €14 which was plentiful - service was very good, and the servers speak English. Freshly squeezed Orange juice was a bit pricey €7 but this is Florence, and juice is expensive everywhere. So if you’re in the area had a shopping trip and want somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of tourists - definitely worth checking out! If you time it right you might even hear the beautiful sounds of the church bells from the cathedral. Tables are available to book in advance, there is the standard cover charge and a 10% service charge - for sitting on the terrace - but you have to appreciate the staff have to run around a bit to provide fast service - so it’s not really a big deal. American Express is also accepted.

I had a glass of wine, a beer and a board of ham and cheese. The place is OK. I just can’t believe they charge you the silverware, really? A service fee, okay I get it, but the silverware… Miserable. The view is nice, prices are high and they try to push you out as soon as you finish your drink.

I go to this store quite often because it is close to where I live. Various floors and lots of variety to choose from. I always wait for the sale season because it is quite expensive to buy at full price. I have purchased essence for the house, clothes, backpacks, sneakers perfumes and sunglasses and no regrets! Well organized and friendly staff

Staff seems rude, judge people on their looks. Would recommend going to the individual stores instead of dealing with the staff here. Don’t recommend visiting for shopping.

Nice shopping center with an incredible roof top! Stairs from the top floor behind the food/wine corner. Have a coffee upstairs and anjoy the view. Hope it’s less foggy for you than on my pics, it was very early moning 😶‍🌫️

Disappointing experience. Had high hopes based on the number of designers they carry but found their selection to be limited, specifically among Sandro. A lot of the items on the “just in” rack were from late spring, as I already own several of the pieces. What I found more disappointing was the service, or lack thereof. I spent roughly 30 minutes in the section with several employees around but wasn’t greeted or asked for assistance which is fine - I didn’t necessarily need it. What I found off-putting was once I was told to just help myself to a fitting room, mid-conversation with my fiancé who just arrived, an employee then decides to acknowledge me and says “let me help you” and proceeds to shut the fitting room curtain in my face while we were chatting. I couldn’t help but laugh in the moment but wow, how rude. It’s not like there was a line I was holding up! I would certainly never come back. I also found several of the pieces in the floor to be stained with makeup.
