La Vitrola Restaurante

This was one of the restaurants that really satisfied me to the core on my first ever visit to Cartagena. No other restaurant came close on my first round visit to Cartagena, not even slightly close. We went all in with starters, entrees and dessert — everything hit the spot! The service was excellent and our server was super friendly and helpful. All in all it was a memorable dining experience - chef kiss!

This was the perfect spot to celebrate our honeymoon. The service was great, food was delicious and the ambiance was romantic. We enjoyed a 6-piece band during our dinner and were surprised when they congratulated us on our marriage (when our server also surprised us with a lovely chocolate cake). Overall, the experience was incredible and we’d highly recommend for great food or to celebrate a special occasion

Delicious food, wonderful service and a nice band playing in the background. Absolutely must have the coconut cake dessert. 4 of us split it- Divine!

This restaurant was highly recommended by the manager at my hotel with the warning that they have a dress code that doesn't allow shorts. I only brought shorts so I went to a mall and bought a pair of Colombian jeans. The restaurant is in a beautiful historic district in the walled section of the city. Our servers were very attentive. I selected the shrimp ravioli. Great dish! My partner a seafood risotto which was very tasty. We started with an octopus appetizer which was outstanding. The meal ended with flan for dessert. The place also has live music and the band was pretty good. I'd probably give them 5 stars if I didn't have to buy pants to eat there.

10 out of 10 experience. There’s is a dress code ( no shorts for men), but we still had a great time. There was live music that added to ambience of the restaurant. The staff was super nice and the food was amazing. From the bread basket to dessert, everything was delicious. Be sure to try the pumpkin ravioli and the guava cheesecake.

incredible service (by far the best service i’ve had in Colombia). we loved the atmosphere and live music that blended so well into the background and was not too loud. food was delicious. great restaurant in Cartagena, can’t recommended enough.

My favorite restaurant in Cartagena. Traditional Cuban restaurant with an amazing fusion of Caribbean flavors. The cocktails and desserts are amazing. The ambience is unique and live music at night make it the perfect place for having a great evening

Used to be one of the best restaurants in town apparently, tried it and it was pretty mid unfortunately given the price. Food was good but no better than other regular places. Would pass on this place. Is a good environment for a date night for sure though, and very professional staff. FYI long-pants dress code.
