We celebrated our 10th anniversary at this place and it was absolutely AMAZING ! The food was delicious, the service was perfect ! An amazing experience ! Thank you to all of the staff !

Beautiful Fine dining venue with a touch of legacy. The spring menu by the new chef is gorgeous. Particularly love the pigeon which was done very well than many others we tried in ⭐️ restaurants. The dessert was also great with good texture and taste. Overall , highly recommend the place if u drop by neuchatel GreenBb rating : 💚💚💚💚

A beautiful venue with well-manicured gardens, flowers and the water fountain. Lovely atmosphere. Very elegant. A must-see if you are in Neuchâtel. First class setting. I would recommend calling ahead for special milestones or a birthday/ anniversary to make sure the venue is available. Oftentimes there are weddings or club meetings and the service will be limited. Worth the extra step 👌

The waiter was really nice and the coffee was excellent! The place is really well decorated.

I had an amaaaaaazing lunch here with my husband! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the food was very delicious, and the staff were wonderful! We were a little concerned about Le Palais du Payrou being a bit too fancy for us but everyone was so kind and welcoming and the experience was so lovely that we will certainly be back again! Don't be intimidated by how grand everything looks outside, go inside and appreciate the lovely atmosphere. Food was clearly put together with the highest quality and freshest ingredients by the most talented culinary team. Dessert was a dream - a wonderful wonderful honey cake with lemon notes. Don't miss out on the CHEESE CAVE! Prices were also on par with surrounding restaurants, so for the same price I'd choose to eat here every time.
