Residential Hotel Hare Shin-Osaka

Hotel is well located only 3-4 min walk from shinosaka station. Room was small but sufficient for our family of 5. Hotel doesn’t really offer anything else asides from the room but still would recommend for large families looking for a single room

A modern hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the East exit of Shin Osaka station. Rooms are bog, we had one with 2 big beds - super comfy. |Rooms have a fridge and couple of rings if you want to eat in. Also a useful washer/drier (liquid soap kindly provided). The WC is superstar from the bath/shower room. Not particularly fancy but great value, very clean, convenient and reasonably priced. No breakfast but a coffee machine in the common room on the ground floor and plenty of food outlets plus a 7/11 and Family Mart convenience stores nearby. Bars and restaurants within an easy walk. We booked a room for our first night in Japan and then came back for a second night later on in our holiday as it was such a good place to stay. |If you have a Japan rail pass you can easily use Shin Osaka as a base to explore not only Osaka, but Kyoto, Kobe etc.

A new, modern and well appointed hotel with friendly staff and service. Our room was more apartment-like than what you'd expect from a hotel which included a stove, microwave and washing machine. It was also relatively large especially for Osaka. We found the bed particularly comfortable. The close proximity to Shin-Osaka Station was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay in. The room is very spacious. There's a lounge on the ground floor that you can use to have a cup of coffee or to eat something if you don't wish to do that in your room. The reception does not operate 24 hours, but only from 9am-9pm. However if you are arriving outside that window, the staff will give you instructions on how to get to your room. Located just a short walk away from Shin-Osaka. There's a 24hours convenience store, Family Mart, nearby too

This small hotel was so charming and the rooms was great for our family of four. The kitchen and washer was such a plus. There’s no drier but that shower area acts as a drying area with the heat on. The location is perfect to the station and the Family Mart at the corner was our go to place for drinks and breakfast everyday. The common area with complimentary coffee and tea was great too. We had a few small problems with the washer and air conditioner but was immediately addressed and fixed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Good combination of modern commodities with traditional Japanese aesthetic. The apartment was spacious and cozy. You could choose between a western bed or a futon on a tatami. The shower and bath were functional, wide and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and table ware. Free Yukata rental. The staff was helpful and friendly.||||3 min walk to the Shin-Osaka Sta and local supermarkets, ideal if you’re planning to move around Japan from Osaka.

It was amazing! It’s a small, cute, clean Japanese Hotel with EVERYTHING in a room. Literally you can live in here. Small kitchen, a small washing machine, and a nice bathroom! The room looks exactly same as the photos. I loved their coffee at the lounge. The hotel staffs speaks English and they were friendly and nice. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. If you get off at the Shin-osaka station, go straight to the east gate. I almost got lost when I got there for the first time. And there are two convenience stores on the way to the hotel which is a plus point to choose this hotel lol.

We had two rooms at this great little hotel just out the East Exit from Shin-Osaka. If you are travelling on the Shinkansen this is a terrific spot to rest - nice rooms, friendly staff, free coffee and good wifi. Great selection of local restaurants and a Family Mart on the corner for cheap drinks and snacks. Osaka station is one stop away. Given the speed of the Shinkansen I’ve realised we should have stayed here to explore Kyoto rather than pay the higher hotel prices there. This is a place I plan to return.
