I walked into the store and was greeted warmly, and browsed for a few minutes, settled on the hip pack I wanted, the worker was kind, generous, and explained everything ("bring it back if anything breaks and we'll fix it for free"). The reason to support this place is that it's locally-made and high-quality. I bought two fannypacks through Bezos and they both broke within a year of owning them. You get what you pay for at Reload. This hip back will accompany our decades-old messenger back. It will also work for multiple occasions.
