You should visit this place irrespective of your food choices. This is insanely good. Such delicious vegan food cannot be found anywhere else. Do not hesitate to add spicy Salsa in your food. Know that it's very spicy.

beautiful and intimate cafe for lunch or dinner with a delicious set menu. staff was super friendly, informative and fast and explained to me clearly what was in the food (as someone who is gluten free). the meal was clean and fulfilling and ended with a guava sauce and tea. a perfect meal, even as someone who is not vegan, from beginning to finish. would come again if I had more than one day in bogota.

Quinua Y Amaranto restaurant serves delicious homemade and fresh vegetarian food. The place serves a set menu that changes every day. It typically includes a soup, main dish, and a light desert (commonly treated fruit) and is served with a cup of tea. Even with the set menu, the restaurant was able to accommodate gluten free dietary restrictions. No alcohol is served at the restaurant. The place has a large room with a few tables and a kitchen as soon as visitors open the door. Please note the restaurant only accepts CASH. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very pleasant. We plan to be back and highly recommend it.

Excellent small and beautiful vegetarian restaurant in Candelaria. The staff is super nice. I didn't check the menu, I just chose the menu of the day, menu del dia, which was vegetable soup (tasty) and lentil balls with potatoes, peanut sauce and avocado salad. Very affordable prices. Great, I'll be back

This place redefines set menus and "farm to fork". I accidentally ended up at this place without knowing that they offer a set menu. The set menu was unlike anything which I have ever tried in a good way - drop all the pretentiousness and extravagance of set meals / chefs menus; and ramp up all the goodness of creative recipes which are seasonal and benefit the local supply chain - that's this place for you. Kudos to the concept and the service as well
