Quatro's Deep Pan Pizza

If you know, you know. I enjoyed Quatros as a student in the 90s and I love going back as a parent now. Quatros tastes and feels like home. I love the food, the atmosphere and the servers. You have to go home with a yellow cup. I love watching my collection grow. Every cup is from a fond memory at Quatros.

Iconic local pizza joint. Wish the little bistro area had been open that sets off the main dining area. Did a walk-in order carry out? Would have been nice just to sit over there have a cold beverage and wait for pie. We went late afternoon on a Tuesday they were 80% full and a constant flow of people picking up. It's worth every second of the wait.

The cheese garlic bread was delightful, offering a perfect balance of cheesy goodness and robust garlic flavor. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a generous layer of melted cheese that stretched with every bite. The garlic was pronounced but not overwhelming, making it a perfect appetizer or side dish. It was seasoned well, and the slight sprinkle of herbs added a fresh touch. The deep dish pizza was an indulgent experience, showcasing layers of rich, hearty ingredients. The crust was thick yet perfectly cooked, providing a satisfying crunch with a soft, doughy interior. The tomato sauce was robust and flavorful, with just the right amount of tanginess to complement the generous cheese layer. Each bite was packed with toppings, from savory meats to fresh vegetables, making it a filling and satisfying meal. The cheese was wonderfully melted and stringy, creating that classic deep-dish feel. This pizza is a must-try for anyone looking for a hearty and delicious dining experience.

Great tasting pizza. Service was good. Lots of options to choose from on the menu. Plenty of seating. Pics added.

I got my food to go, and the guy running the window was extremely polite and friendly. This is the kind of service and food I was looking forward to in Illinois. Thank you for making my visit wonderful!!

Let's face it, if you know you know. There must be a reason that after decades students at Southern Illinois University still talk and dream about Quatro's. Iconic food, atmosphere, and the plastic cups. The cups are seen all across the country as a symbol. No words need to be said, you see the cup, you just know. After 20 years of loyal service to me, serving up a taste that will return you to the days you could stay up late, wake up without being sore, and eat whenever you wanted. Quatro's deserves all the stars ...

Delicious flavors! Personally I enjoy the meat to cheese to sauce ratio on the thin crust (which had a nice medium thick crust) on the Meateater Bonanza. Also had salad with ranch…very good ranch…kept some for dipping my crust in, try it!

We stopped in at Quatro's after hearing so many people sing their praises! We are from KY and made about an hour drive to give it a try. On a Sunday night at 5pm, the place is pretty much full. We lucked out and snagged a seat as soon as we walked in and didn't have to wait. It took several minutes for someone to get our drink order, but she brought them back immediately. Finally after several more minutes, our actual waitress took our order. For how busy it was, I don't think it took long to get our food. We got a deep dish pizza called, Meateater Bonanza. It was definitely worth the drive. I would say we will be back to try other specialty pizzas like the Buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken bacon ranch.
