A very friendly service and modern stylish rooms. I like that there is a music box in the room, everything looked simple but with style and of a good quality, the bed was very comfortable as well as shower. Also, the nice implementation of the idea with the regulating the light in the room, as there are many sources (small and big lamps) which you adjust due to your need and mood. Additionally, the coffee was very delicious, pure arabica and many vegan milk options.

Wonderful hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a breakfast option that was delicious, was an additional cost. The bar drinks and food were delicious. Have to travel by train to get to Amsterdam, which has it's pros and cons. Easy to get around.

Absolutely stunning room, was so clean and felt expensive. In love with the sink and bed. The bed is comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and the pillows to match. Honestly just stay here for the bed. I like the lift system, I’ve never seen a lift like that but it was so quick and efficient. Self service check in and check out but the staff will jump at your assistance if you look like you’re struggling.

A quality hotel in close proximity to a station with direct access to Central station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet when in the room, as the rooms are fully sound proof. The TV was set up for easy casting, which was a nice addition. Breakfast, at an additional cost if not in booking, was decent. There were no hot food options but there were lots of options otherwise, such as meat, yogurts, cheeses, breads, spreads, etc. Would recommend this hotel if attending a conference at the RAI but maybe not if purely in town for tourist reasons. There wasn't much around the area besides the station.

Overall a very nice experience! The room was clean, well designed and modern, I loved it. Also, you could make the windows completely dark and thee rooms were silent. The hotel was easy to reach via public transport and perfect for me to reach my conference location (although it might be a bit far based on where you want to go in Amsterdam). Best part of the trip, super nice staff, especially Andrea and Thomas! And at the bar, Charlie made me an individual cocktail, which was absolutely tasty! So if you go there, make sure to ask Charlie to make you a cocktail, it's worth it.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Although I’m a frequent traveler, I rarely take the time to make reviews, but this one is a must. For starters, the location is perfect - it’s a 3 minute walk to a major metro line which gets you into the center of the city in no time! It’s also right next to a grocery store, a McDonald’s, and other useful shops around. You also get access to a quality gym across from the hotel building! But what was really amazing was the staff, modern and tech feel, and overall vibe of the hotel. Plus checking in and out was a breeze. Definitely will be back and will recommend to other travelers to Amsterdam!

Someone kept playing heavy music at full volume from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. every night during my stay. The worst part was that not only did I hear the noises, but also I could feel the vibrations. When I asked the staff about it, they immediately knew what had happened and told me that there had been a private party on the upper floors. They assured me that it was exceptional and would not happen again, but of course this turned out to be a mere fantasy. This hotel is new and modern and conveniently located near the metro station. However, according to the staff, a different company was responsible for the 20th floor, and it could hold a party every night without intervention. For this reason, I will stay away from it for good.

The place is impressive, clean and good service. Also if you op for green service you get free cocktail every three days. Next to train station that takes you right into city centre, McDonald’s right outside in case of late night emergencies and the shower is beautiful
