Absolutely loved this place! If you are looking for a decent coffee and somewhere comfortable to sit, this is the place! I had 2 coffee lattes, a bottle of water and a granola bowl with fresh fruit for less than £10. I will definitely come back 😊. The staff are wonderful and friendly too ❤️.

Excellent. Loved the ambience. Nice place to imbibe in a few Long Island Ice Teas and try the local menu. The service is friendly and fast. Prices are pretty good! You can sit and watch the world go by.

Wandering through Hanoi.. stumbled across this place and realized I was drastically dehydrated of beer.. stopped in and was so happy we did. Beer was cold and the food was hot. And one of the best atmospheres in Hanoi. You will not feel BooHoo about PuKu. Chris is great! She’s attentive and helpful! Enjoyed our time at the place.

We had the avocado salmon and English breakfast 🍳 tourist price but food was excellent! Service staff was pretty friendly too. It’s open for 24/7 and they also serve cocktail at night. On the board they also state the train time table for your reference. Free wifi here.

Nice place to come for food and people watching, we have been to this spot several times on our travels and has never disappointed, dishes we have had are the full English, salmon Benedict and pula eggs Benedict, coffee is also good. Staff are friendly and like to have a chat. 5 stars

If you are a Brit or Aus in need of a good pie, I can strongly recommend this place. I am always suspicious of “English food” when I am abroad, it is never quite right. This chicken and mushroom pie is the exception. It was a delicious home made pie stuffed with tasty ingredients and served with chips and salad. It is rare that the pastry is this good even at home. The service was prompt and a big thanks to Duc for that. Nice atmosphere too…….. enjoy!

It’s been a long time since I last visited Puku. The food is still good. Service was quite fast despite the crowd, and the staff were very attentive!

We visited the restaurant twice. Once for cocktails and then for coffee and hot chocolate. The cocktails, as well as the egg coffee and egg hot chocolate, were very good. Prices are a bit higher, but fair for the quality. The service is very friendly. Definitely a clear recommendation.
