I live in NE, about a mile away, so I've been here quite a bit. I'll tell you it's one of my favorite spots ever.
The food is novel and well-done. The service is fine, but nothing to write home about. What really gets me about this place is the decor. The most wonderful, over-the-top Tiki Bar decor I have ever experienced. It's wonderful.
AND THE RIVERSIDE DECK! If you haven't been here in the few months when they are able to have the deck open, do yourself a favor and do it! It is my favorite deck in all of Minneapolis. Forget about the rooftops downtown and in uptown, this deck is the best in Minneapolis.
Go here for dinner, go here for happy hour, or go here for drinks with friends. It doesn't matter. Just go here and experience it for yourself. The bar itself is worth the trip up here.

The wildly creative food and drinks here are what keep bringing people back. That and the awesome interior and additional seating now that they're in their new NE Minneapolis location. There's something about stepping inside and smelling the tots, burgers and beer while viewing the waterfall that make it feel like a summery island getaway no matter the time of year outside. Oh, and try the pickle roll-ups. (Amazing.) Go easy on the drinks if you're a lightweight - they're very strong, yet incredibly good.

Terrible place to go. I will never go back. The waitress was horrible she never came around and when we did ask for things it would take her 15 minutes to get it to us because she "kept forgetting." Six of us went to dinner four of us got our food right away the other two had to wait 30 minutes for their appetizer and a hour for their pizza. When we kept asking if it was coming she would say that we had only waited 10 minutes and that they were busy. Food came out cold. At the end we left her a 13% tip because service was bad, they charged us extra on drinks then what the menu said and service was slow. The waitress had the courage to take her tip, look at it, and comment on how cheap we were. She should be grateful we even left a tip!

Psycho Suzi's used to be one of the coolest places around. Then they moved, and got all snotty and even more expensive and bad food and bad service and the tiki drinks in cool mugs don't seem as worth it anymore. Service went from fun to okay to abysmal the last time (and possible last *ever* time) I was there. Not worth the price anymore. If you're going to dish up that much attitude with your bad food, you need to make the drinks way stronger to continue to get away with it.

As always, everything looks bigger on TV. It's a small inside lounge, and a small outside patio area. Went on a weekday, and was semi-full. Drinks were enormous just like on the show ($18 for the really big ones), and you can pay $5 to keep the tiki mug.
We ordered a bunch of the deep fried stuff (had 9 people with us), and everything tasted yummy, especially the brown sugar bacon wrapped around sausages. We also ordered the psycho suzi's pizza (sausage, black olives, green peppers). Crust wasn't super thin, but it was very airy inside (almost like a thick cracker), and there was some kind of cornmeal on the bottom which gave it a nice texture. Also they like to use a lot of pepper, which I thought would ruin the flavor, but it actually wasn't overpowering.
Only thing to warn you about, even though it's a tiki bar, they do play really heavy metal music there (which didn't bother me), but older crowds may not like it.

Opened at new location 4days ago, and they are still getting the hang of the new place. Food is always good! Only place to get a good battered cheese curd and the deep dish is amazing! It's different from the old Psycho suzis but this change is welcome and I will love to see what this place becomes in a year or two!

Horrible service, waitresses and hostesses standing around itching their fat bellies, bad drinks, the menu items and the food cannot be appreciated at all...reminded me of a place you would find in Texas or Oklahoma. If you are a serious chef or foodie this isn't your scene. Bad bad bad place.

We only went for happy hour and didn't get food, but the place has a very cool atmosphere. The service was a little slow, but maybe it was a bad night.
