PST Roppongi (Pizza Studio Tamaki Roppongi)

If you want to eat amazing Tokyo, you won't be wrong going to this place. Neapolitan pizza, the choice of pizza are original compared to other places, the pizza dough is amazing. The mozzarella was really tasty! They have also good choice of wine and appetizers. Can be a little bit expensive. The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere quite classy.

Visited not too long ago for dinner. Had the smoked mozz magherita, bismark, and a lasagne. Loved the dough here. Soft, nicely charred (not overly burnt as per some other reviews), and fluffy, with a salted base a la Tokyo style to add a nice savouriness to the dough. Toppings were excellent, from the naturally sweet and plump cherry tomatoes to the luscious bismark. Not big on the lasagne, though, as it's too heavy on the bechamel, and the tomatoes didn't come through. Was glad to be sitting right in front of Tamaki-san as well! Do reserve or be prepared to wait (especially for larger groups) as it's usually packed.

Overall experience was good, just want to highlight some charges to be aware of which makes the place overpriced/ too rigid in my opinion: - 380 yen cover charge per person AND - must order an (overpriced) drink per person - anywhere from 2900 to 4030 yen for regular sized pizza (half size available) We didn't quite understand why there needed to be both a cover charge AND mandatory order for a drink per person. We dined with two young kids and were forced to order a drink for them each with one basically going untouched. Seemed like such a waste! We were in an out of the venue within an hour as a drop in before the next booking so these rigid costs soured the whole experience of simply enjoying a good pizza. Also to note for families - young children cannot dine here after 7:30pm.

Had a fantastic meal at PST Roppongi. The food was absolutely amazing, we had 3 small pizzas, all had so much flavour. They also serve Aomori Apple Juice - Yum!!! Also, the staff were very professional and polite. If I was a local, I would visit this restaurant frequently :) Thank you for a great meal last night!

Quattro Formaggio Pizza was really good, tbh the best one I had so far, i’m still dreamin’ about it 🤤 Pizza Cacciatore was too salty for us. Unfortunately long waiting line, the seating is a bit crowded and the atmosphere felt stressed.

Had a memorable birthday lunch at PST Roppongi! We enjoyed all the delicious dishes, from appetizers to dessert, including highlights like Tamaki's signature Pizza (tomato base), 5 Formaggi, and The Monthly Pizza (DIY shaved ice tomato sauce, basil, garlic, olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon). The shaved ice tomato sauce added a cool burst of flavor that was truly unique. All the pizza crust was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, even taking our photos to capture the special occasion. The restaurant has a bright and welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for families and groups. Highly recommend!

We knew coming here required a reservation but we took our chance and they accommodated us. We were told that we only had 1hr before the guests for the reserved table was to arrive. We really appreciated that. We ordered 2 pizza’s, 1 appetizer and sangria. Everythings good but the pizza crust was a bit salty for our taste.

This is the second PST location I’m trying and it’s just as good as the other. The chew of the crust, the simple yet nuanced flavors are all fantastic. The only thing is the price. Is it really worth that much? All the other top tier pizza places have similar prices. Nice for a dinner date, but if I’ll have to eat two whole pizzas to myself to be full.
