Just what I was looking for while bopping around for a cafe to do some writing in! Loved all the huge tables with loads of seating. The espresso was so divine. You can tell that they really care about their craft here. And it’s awesome to see all the roasting equipment right there in the cafe! Would definitely come back and try more bevies :)

Extremely low-quality coffee — very disappointing 😞 The hand brew was poorly done, wasting both time and coffee beans. The staff had a terrible attitude. When I asked which beans they would recommend, he couldn’t even be bothered to explain and just told us to read the packaging ourselves. Much more disappointing than expected. I won’t come back, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Totally not worth it. There are plenty of much better coffee shops in Toronto.

This is my second time at Propeller. The space is great for study or hang out with friends. I prefer medium to light roast in general so their cortado tasted a bit dark for me. I also tried their summer special: iced lavender latte. My husband liked it but I’m not a fan. For me, it feels the lavender syrup is too strong that it totally altered the coffee flavour.

In an unassuming spot behind an apartment block, Propeller Coffee wowed me. Service was quick and the coffee was great. When packed with people, there's a lively atmosphere, a great spot to get some work done. When there's just a few people, it's quiet and calm. A coffee shop needs a bit of both and I think this place has the right balance. Sitting near the larger warehouse type doors requires wearing your winter jacket, that's my only gripe.

Coffee is M.M.M. Awesome. Pastries and goodies looked awesome but I decided to go for almond chocolate croissant and it was DELIGHTFUL (every bites and sips from heaven). You might be disappointed with the cashier but not the food or the atmosphere.

Propeller Coffee in Toronto is an incredible, not so obvious wedding venue to work at! The space has a modern, industrial vibe with plenty of natural light, creating a stunning backdrop for wedding photos. The open layout allows for creativity, and the minimalist decor lets each couple’s unique style shine through. The venue’s combination of exposed brick, high ceilings, and cozy details makes for beautiful, warm, and intimate shots. The staff is fantastic—super organized, friendly, and accommodating, which always makes the day run smoothly. For couples seeking a trendy, urban space with a welcoming atmosphere, Propeller Coffee is an amazing choice! Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a comfortable coffee shop to work on your laptop, this is it. They have large tables, allowing people to spread out. The ceilings are tall, and the space is wide open (converted warehouse space) so noise is not usually an issue from the people around your table. The coffee is strong, robust, slightly acidic, however nothing memorable. They do have food, and pastries. Again, nothing that really stands out. They also feature a room where they make coffee and new flavours. Overall, the selling feature is definitely the space. The few I’ve been here, it looks like people park themselves with their laptops and headphones for several hours. You’re definitely the odd one out if you just want to have coffee and chat. At least that’s how I feel. I would not bring your kids here. Also one added bonus is that they have free parking!

One of my favorite roaster in Toronto. I like chatting with friends here. The dining area is huge, and makes me comfortable. I also like their pastries! I believe they carry Black Bakery, and I feel something new pastries! I tried the Gluten free pastry. I forgot the name but it was tasty. It’s a like caramel fillings. I felt it’s a similar Dacquoise.
