Best Nashville hot chicken period! It's hotter than other Nashville hot chicken but wow it's fantastic. Best staff who helped me out right before they sold out. Just the best overall experience period. Check their hours to be sure you can make it in time as I almost missed out on perfection.

This chicken is HOT!!! We got the medium spicy chicken tenders and it was incredibly spicy. It was so hot that I could barley eat it and got a stomach ache. I got the medium spiced chicken at Hattie B’s yesterday and it was perfect for me but princes hot chicken is a whole other level. It’s famous for a reason and it is something to try when in Nashville but be warned! If I knew this I would’ve ordered the mild spice. The potato salad was really nice.

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had and the waffles were heavenly. I was enjoying myself a little too much realizing the sounds I was making lol. I bought the mild chicken wings and for me it was just the right amount of heat vs flavor. I can’t handle too much heat but it was just right. I would compare the heat to wing stops Louisiana/Cajun rub but a bit hotter and much better flavor. Idk how they cooked those waffles but man they were so so good. CAUTION: they are serious about their heat as well as their stellar flavor. Be cautious in which heat you pick the first time and pick something milder than you usually get (that’s what I did and I am glad I did).

Omg the best Chicken! The batter is crispy & tasty. Great customer service. I love spicy food but the medium is NO JOKE! The first photo is mild, the second is medium. Cool vibe located outside the Ole Smoky Distillery.

Would go again - I was passing through Nashville during my long drive from Dallas, TX to North Jersey and chose this spot for my try on Nashville Hot Chicken. I was unaware and a bit disappointed that the menu was different from the other location. Granted I can't handle spice well, I decided on the wings (mild) with fries combo and a side of coleslaw. At first, I didn't see the hype on the wings (my substitute for a 1/2 chicken I would've ordered at the other location). Then, as I kept eating the wings, they tasted better and better. It was a strange occurrence. For a dry seasoning, I would highly suggest these. The fries were surprisingly decent for the wrinkle fries style they were. However, there wasn't anything special about the fries except the chicken seasoning on them. I would skip the coleslaw. The sauce was thick for my liking. Keep your order to either the tenders or wings with no fries or coleslaw side.

We stumbled onto this place where they had a Prince's hot chicken food truck and decided to see what all the hype was about. They say about about 30 minutes once we ordered and I said no thanks, but my wife wanted to wait. Fast forward 90 minutes later we finally got the food. It's fried "hot" chicken!? Really!? Over 90 minute wait time and the line is longer than the new iPhone release!? If you have nothing better to do and love to wait 90 plus minutes for fast food.. this is the place.

Amazing! Don't miss this place if you visit Nashville. I ordered the medium and hot chicken to see how spicy they were. Both were pretty spicy for my liking but the flavor is unmatched! The chicken was tender and juicy and the breading had great flavor. I will definitely go again and just order the mild so my mouth isn't on fire the whole time :)

Upon touchdown in Nashville we headed straight to Prince's Hot Chicken Shack to see if the chatter was true. Well I am pleased to announce their Hot Chicken is finger licking good, but good lord their HAWT!  The fries were well done and so flavorful. The mac and cheese was scrumptious but the serving wasn't enough. Even the waffles are cooked to a foodies wildest dreams! Prince's Hot Chicken proceeds their reputation. Will definitely be back soon!
